Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts of the village of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the vastness of nature, socializing in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby city of Greifswald. The former day labourer cat was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered structure, the bricks preserved for the most part and its thatched roof. Ideally the house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 additional persons in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).
