Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Recomendamos disponer de vehículo para desplazarse, incluso acceder al punto de recogida de basura.

Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Gran selección de bares y Restaurantes a escasos minutos a pie. La playas más cercanas son las extensas playas de arena de Calpe que se encuentran a unos 15-20 minutos en coche y la ubicación centrada del pueblo te permite tener la mayoría de playas como Jávea o Denia a menos de 30 minutos.
