Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Beautiful (heated) swimming pool. 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of parking. For the holidaymaker looking for peace, but still close to everything!

Spül- und Waschmaschine, Trockner, Klima, Streaming-TV (bitte Hinweis beachten) und High-Speed Internet runden das Bild ab. Die 2 Pools werden geteilt, sind aber sehr wenig besucht.
