We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Bathroom with shower and corner bathtub, separate toilet. Small pets are allowed upon prior request and with a small fee. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
