It's also possible to drink coffee, tea, and cook. The train station is 5 minutes walk, the arcade is 500 meters away, the city center is 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. Nearby: convenience store, pharmacy, tobacco shop, supermarket, post office, pastry shop, pizza place, cafe, and Wave bath. Pets are available upon request.

Probably the most central private accommodation in Pécs, leaving the main entrance door, we find ourselves in Széchenyi Square. The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. A comfortable and well-equipped modern apartment close to the center of Pécs with free WiFi, free parking, and non-smoking rooms. The property is a few minutes walk from all downtown tourist attractions. A modern apartment is for rent in the near of historical downtown of Pécs, few minutes walk from the city center (Széchenyi square), it is 48 m2 for 2-4 persons. All touristic spectacles are reachable by a short walk.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. From 5 minutes’ walk from city centre there is an elegant flat with its own atmosphere. Its main entrance at the ground floor is equipped with numeric look, its windows look on to South to gardens of Tettye Forrásház. Cosy and comfortable home with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free parking zone 200 meters from the apartment.

Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
