Its terrace is well above the street front, hidden from decades of pines that provide shade and a pleasant climate in the summer. In the back landscaped garden, we find a 196 x 66 cm circular, 4-person Lay-Z Spa heated massage pool. In the other part of the garden, a fire pit has been set up. All the necessary tools are provided for baking, cooking, and grilling.
