We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

Great place for the price you pay! They were also VERY communicative which gave me and my partner a sense of security. Only thing I would say is that there’s no bathroom vent but there is a window to freshen up the smell after using the toilet, so if you use it you may want to bring extra toilet spray or use their febreze. I would definitely come back!

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

If you need a place that’s walkable in the Texas Medical Center area take a close look at this offering. Host’s are outstanding and you feel right at home. So many little touches that I would run out of room listing them all. Everything from the well stocked frig and freezer to the community pantry its evident that the hosts care about their guests and go out of their way to make it show.

Christina was very welcoming and friendly. She was very responsive with any questions we had. Loved the fact that there were 4 bedrooms downstairs!!! We travelled to Houston to celebrate the holidays, and our stay was impeccable. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and provided the perfect space for celebrating with our family. This house was a great find for our family. Clean, relaxing environment. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish, utensils, or pan needed for slow mornings. And the provided entertainment kept the girls busy while we enjoyed the patio and Zen Den 😌 after long days in the Houston hustle. Overall, very pleased with this location!

We booked this stay for my now-husband and his friends to get ready in for our wedding ceremony. Marie had a bouquet of flowers with a kind note on the counter for us. She was VERY responsive and personable. Lots of space, great location, and very clean! Definitely recommend and would book again.

This is a perfect place to getaway for an extended stay or even a quick weekend. The home is very clean and well maintained. They provide all the basic essentials you could need during your stay. The location is phenomenal, right on the seawall with a relaxing and peaceful view. We really enjoyed this trip and felt very much at home. The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

I booked this room for a couple days stay while I visited the cancer hospital. The room was exactly as described with the most amazing view. We actually had the best view of the ocean that we’ve ever had during a stay. Everything you could need for a true vacation was there just as described. Cheryle messaged and check on us and when I messaged her she responded immediately. The only thing disappointing is that I didn’t have more days off to stay and enjoy this longer. Will do my best to try to stay here again.
