Family-friendly holiday rentals in Pearland

Thanks for a very comfortable stay @ your Airbnb. Would recommend it to anyone who visits Houston.The place is ideally located, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. Having a Garage and laundry facility was super helpful . Trent is very responsive. We had a plumbing issue. Trent fixed it at the earliest. Thank you Trent for an enjoyable experience.

Mary’s Seascape Condo was excellent for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older children). Queen bed & pillows were comfy, kids loved the jumbo built-in bunk beds. Mary was very responsive to questions & even accommodated an early check-in for us. Location is great— out of the way of much of the Seawall traffic. The private beach access is a total selling point, but the entire place is amazing. We loved our stay & definitely plan to book again.

Cute little condo. The complex could use a little TLC; but the condo was super clean. It’s a little on the small side; with four adults it was a bit tight. Two pools and two hot tubs on premise. Beds were comfortable and the AC was super cold! I appreciated the keypad; instead of having to fumble for a key! There were beach towels and toys for our use as well. Literally across the street from the beach; and next to Wal Mart. We were able to book two nights with her for about half the price of a hotel. Definitely worth checking out!

We stayed here for our 5th anniversary and loved it so much we came back for our 6th!

Great Condo!!! Great location… ocean across the street. 3 pools and a hot tub- all areas well maintained. The condo was so cute and very comfortable- well stocked with necessities and more.

Love the place . Right in front of the beach, its my 2nd time renting from her and i love it. Last time it was more of a pool view and beach was a little away but this time the beach was right in front. Loved it! I think she has 3 different kind of condos there but this one so far was the BEST!! The view was Amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was our first family vacation with our toddler. Everything went smoothly and we were able to create great memories. Gary & Anna were very responsive and helpful!

Wow! What an incredible place and an incredible host. We've stayed at over 30 Airbnbs and this is the only host that has gone this above and beyond - stocking the kitchen in anticipation of our Thanksgiving feast, a doggie basket with toys for our pups, a gorgeous pecan dessert and yummy pasta/sauce on the kitchen table, a zoom call to welcome us and to find out what else we needed (she ordered us more kitchen utensils & a fan from Target). The home feels like a home. Super clean, lots of character - high ceilings, lovely woodwork, lots of light, a sweet fully fenced in yard, and large comfy bedrooms. There are two bathrooms but everyone ends up using 1 upstairs as their main bathroom since it's the one with a shower - not an issue for us just FYI. The neighborhood is super walkable - so many gorgeous homes on every block. Easy to get to the Strand, beach and Broadway. Two thumbs way up for people with or without dogs! Simply amazing. We stayed at the cutest little house/bungalow owned by Paul . It was very comfortable and close to everything! Paul kept in contact with us and we will stay at the house again ! Also we love the neighbors little kitty cat named Marvin which BTW is a girl lol Her tag says so 🩷 She came and visited us every day !

It was a great time. We asked to come at an earlier time and check out later with no problems. Great place to stay and great area.

Absolutely adored the place....well decorated, well maintained and very clean...was loaded with amenities and everything needed for comfort and feel at home. The shower was hot as I like and bed very comfortable. I brought my own white noise machine but did not need it because one was already provided. The hostess was very attentive and prompt with responding. The views of beach was therapeutic and amazing. Casa Del Mar staff was very friendly and professional. My husband and I spent 8 days in Galveston and it was perfect.

Nice place to stay around the area, it’s peaceful and protected by a nearby police station. Kemah board walk is really close, recommend staying here for activity.

Beautiful and comfortable AirBnB that provides the perfect beach experience. With a good size pool which is PERFECT for little ones with shade and shallow ends. The house itself was very clean and decorated to feel like a home. The neighborhood itself is remotely quiet, not a high-end neighborhood but it provides a sense of Galveston culture. The house is walkable to the beach and many restaurants, as well as the pier. It’s overall a PERFECT house and location to everything. The host is very responsive and friendly!! We will be back!

We were grateful that Teddy allowed us to check in early. We were tired and starving after a long, day of travel. Our stay at Homeaway was pleasant. Checking in was easy. The beds were comfy. The kithchen had what we needed to prepare meals. It is really convenient to have large capacity washer and dryer, just like at home. I am glad that we were able to park in the garage. Leaving your car, baking in the sun, can be trying during heat waves with the temperature in the hundreds. The pool, within walking distance, is a delightful amenity. The neighborhood is quiet with kempt lawns and flower beds. The neighbors seem friendly. It is 35 minute drive to downtown and the museum district. It is close to several grocery shops and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again.

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great visit. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s sleep. I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. Had a wonderful stay at the Phoenician. Alan was so helpful and accommodating. He responded immediately to any requests or questions I had and could not have been kinder. The apartment is in a very busy area called the Galleria-around the corner from all the best shops and restaurant with easy access to major thoroughfares. The apartment is small, clean and quiet. The apartment was so nice. We loved the location. It was 10 minutes to MD Anderson. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was really nice. Loved the island in the kitchen. The bathtub was so big and nice in the main bath. Would definitely recommend. The pool was beautiful. The pool table on the third floor the whole room was a great space to relax in.
