Family-friendly holiday rentals in Brazoria County

This condo was perfect! The pictures actually didn’t know justice for how it actually looked. I was nervous at first because the pictures made it look way smaller than it actually was., overall we had a really good experience, the pool was a plus! Also, the host was very attentive to every question I had before arrival.

We stayed at Tammy's place with our 2 grandsons. It is a lovely place. The house was spotless and in a great location. Our grandsons spent so much time on the beach which is just steps away from the house. My husband and I could sit on the covered porch and watch them dig for hours. Of course, we were right there with them when they wanted to go boogie boarding (3 boards available at the house). The house was well stocked with dishes, glasses and pots. Tammy gave us recommendations on where to grocery shop and even a nice restaurant down the road. If I had a question, she was very responsive and answered quickly. The hot tub was an added bonus which we all enjoyed at night. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We certainly hope to be able to visit again. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The home was clean & comfortable. The amenities were great as well! We had a small issue with the condo but the host responded within the hour and it was a simple fix. Plan to stay again at our next trip to Galveston

The property is beautiful… there is a view from every window and balcony. You can see the ocean and the bay… unique for Galveston Island. There is a pond directly outside and with the fountain, which kept mosquitos away. The kitchen is good for entertaining a family, and there is a formal and outdoor dining area. I would suggest bringing a bed pillow, high quality pan, and extra roll of paper towels. Alex was nice and responsive. The resort is family oriented and the quiet was well worth the 20 minute drive. We will stay with this host again!

Kathy's Kottage is a wonderful place to stay! There was plenty of space there to enjoy our week at the beach. We loved being within walking distance of a beach access point. And of course, Pointe West's clubhouse and two pools add to the fun!

The location was easy to get to and easy to get into. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The house accommodated my whole family and provided lots of space for us to spend time with each other, without feeling cluttered. The kitchen had everything we could think of and the beach was close by. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this waterfront beach house in West Galveston! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand, with gorgeous ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear and games for the kids. The open layout made it easy for our family to relax and spend time together, and the large deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The beach was quiet and family-friendly, giving our kids plenty of space to play safely. We cooked most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed dining with the sound of the waves in the background. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy. It was the ideal mix of relaxation and fun—we’re already planning our return. Highly recommend for families looking for a stress-free beach getaway!

This is the cleanest and best home we have ever rented. We felt right at home. Debbie and her husband were so kind and helpful. They literally thought of anything and everything you could have possibly needed. Their attention to detail is absolutely unbelievable! The house is beautifully decorated, beds and pillows are very comfortable, extra blankets everywhere, and it was cool upon entry and stayed that way throughout the stay. The backyard is beautiful and serene. Our kids loved the swing and fishing dock. I loved spending my mornings on the back porch swing watching the boats go by. For those that haven't been to this area, dollar general is close, but the nearest grocery store is about 30 m away. Tipps bait shop is great- super nice people! We will for sure be back to Debbie's home!

My guys enjoyed their stay at Nauti Dreams House very much !! They were able to check in easily and quickly out in the Bays to prefish for the Ryder Annual Fishing Tournament 🎣 Parking was plentiful and the neighbors are awesome 🎉 Thank you Barbara looking forward to visiting your home next year if not sooner 😍

Beautiful Home!

like the past 5 years everything was awesome the family had a fun relaxing weekend we always look forward to going thanks for allowing us to experience your home

This was a great home for my husband & 6 teenage boys. The master space & private balcony was the perfect getaway from the teens on the top floor. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have stayed in away from home. I thought the big draw for the boys would be the Xbox or Wii in the room with the bunk beds, but they played the board games every day! The attention details were much appreciated. Beach towels were provide along with some beach chairs & supplies. There were dog bowels & even a supply of dog food, although we brought our own. The kitchen was also well stocked with both cooking utensils, plates and small appliances. There were shower supplies in the downstairs shower but none in the main bathrooms. The house is a 15 minute walk across the major road to the beach, but doable the teens or adults. The home is on a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood was mostly empty until Friday night when the weekend started. It was perfect to walk our dogs.

This house is probably the best location for it’s walkability to the coolest strip of beach in Surfside. The place was clean and creatively decorated—looks like newly renovated floors and countertops with custom art on the walls. Very chill, surfer vibe with a nice dark second bedroom for my wife to sleep in. Wi-Fi was strong enough for uninterrupted video calls and roku. Plus there’s some good eating nearby—fancy and dirty Cajun alike.

Great beach location with gulf and bay views & access. House is clean and beachy. No internet as speeds tested all week were 0.5mbs to 0.7mbs which is essentially unusable and would make devices inoperable for network uses such as email or even texts let alone kids iPads to watch shows or movies. Arcade in ads does not turn on. Basketball hoop in pics does not exist. Needs better list of items available and description of non working amenities such as WiFi/internet, ice machine, basketball hoop and arcade. Features that made us choose this house over another were inoperable or removed in the past. Location is great for peaceful and roomy beach and access to two pools at the beach clubs. Easy drive into Galveston about 25 minutes along the coast of the island.

This is my fifth stay at this place. Great host, very prompt response. The room was very clean. The deck fishing location is excellent. There are also lots of crabs. I will find time to stay at this place again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We was please with how clean the house was and that we never ran out of hot water. Beach access was right across the street and that made it easy going.

there were issues but the responses were so fast and issues were fixed within hours. and they made it right. i would stay again.
