Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

In Carlux, a small village, you will find shops (grocery store and bakery) and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hikes and swimming along the Dordogne three minutes away). Close to the Dordogne and the most beautiful sites of the Lot such as Gourdon medieval town 10 minutes away, the caves of Cougnac, the castles of Périgord, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Cahors. Or simply disconnect and enjoy the calm by the pool for a barbecue or aperitif with stunning views of the valley.

The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.
