Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Paxi

As it was early April, we were the only tourists in town and that suited us well. The village was just as we imagined and the apartment was in a perfect location. Tereza was extremely kind and helpful, picking us up from the ferry in the car we rented from her and meeting us there again at the end of our trip. Thanks Tereza. We will treasure the memories of Loggos forever.

We had the most amazing stay at Sarah and George’s villa. The place and pool were fantastic. George came to pick us up from the ferry port when we arrived to show us how to get to the villa and was on hand whenever we needed. We also had a great boat trip out with George who told us lots about the history and places of interest. The villa is brilliantly located just 3 min drive (10 min walk downhill) to Gaios. Would definitely love to return. Paxos is a beautiful, quiet island!

Spiros ha sido un anfitrión increíble! Hemos estado muy a gusto. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Paxos y relajarte al llegar. El jacuzzi privado cuando llegas al alojamiento cansando de la playa es un punto muy positivo. Pero sin duda nos quedamos con la amabilidad de Spiros, nos preparaba todos los días un desayuno perfecto, con fruta, yogur, miel, tostadas, huevos revueltos… Siempre pendiente y muy servicial, tenemos claro que si volvemos no dudaremos en alojarnos con él.

We absolutely loved our holiday at Casa Ananda. First time visitors to Paxos so slightly nervous about travel and transfers but Charalampos was very helpful providing us with information and arranging a taxi transfer as well as welcoming us to the house with lots of helpful recommendations and tips. The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 4 older teenagers....spotless and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a fabulous sea view. The brilliant air con was a plus as it was very hot! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to eat in when we wanted, and the restaurants of Gaios were plentiful and varied for nights out. The location was perfect ...quiet and private with the Town a 10min walk away so no need for a car. The little pebbled beach opposite the house accessible down a short but steep path was perfect for a morning swim too. Sotiris was a great help in booking taxis, accessing wine deliveries and advising on boat trips. We'll be back next year 😀

We've stayed here before and returned because we love ti so much. The terrace has been expanded slightly giving more room which we appreciated. Great place to eat meals and gaze across the wooded valley. House feels really homely with all you'd need. Missing a sofa perhaps, but there's nowhere to have one. So easy to get to any of the four local beaches down a lovely track through olive groves, or striding out along the road down to Loggos. Plenty of bars for morning coffee, restaurants, a bakery and suprmarket open 7 days a week (when we were there in May). Donatella a lovely, friendly host and nothing is too much trouble.

This is the second time we stayed here and it was just as great as the last time - there had even been some improvements to the outside space. This villa is a great location for those who want to be close to Gaios but want the peace and quiet of staying away from the town. There is a path round the back that takes you into the town in about 15 minutes. The path is a bit wild but it is doable just take a torch for the night time! We loved the walk as you really felt like you were off the beat and track in Paxos - there is a point where you walk past loads of chickens resting in trees, you can hear the owls, see fireflies and we even saw some hedgehogs. You can park your car at the villa and having a car is a great way to get around the island and see all the incredible beaches. The villa has all you need, loads of seating outside, a dining area by the bbq and an undercover dining area right by the front door. We will be back, in our opinion it’s perfect - a home away from home.

The apartment was modern and very clean, exactly as described, and quiet even though it is located right at the center of Loggos. Eleni was a great hostess, kind and always willing to help us. She also gave us information about transportation and local spots, beaches nearby etc. When we faced an issue Eleni was quick to respond and handled the situation very professionally. I would 100% recommend Eleni’s apartment for your stay at Paxos!

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt bei Elisabetta. Sie hat uns viele Tipps betr. Ausflüge und Strände geben, die alle! genau unseren Geschmack getroffen haben. Elisabetta ist wirklich so wahnsinnig aufmerksam und immer erreichbar, wie in allen Bewertungen zu lesen ist. Ihr Mann hat uns vom Hafen abgeholt und nach einer kleinen Rundtour durch den Ort zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man braucht: ein schönes Bad, ein großes bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank etc. Worüber man sich aber im Klaren sein muss, ist, dass die Unterkunft an einer (wenn auch Nebenstraße) liegt. Der Autoverkehr geht direkt an der Terrasse vorbei. Aber nachts und morgens bis ungefähr 09:30 Uhr ist kaum Auto-/Motorradverkehr. Wenn wir später auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt haben, war es schon laut. Aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Really great location if you’re wanting to stay in Gaios. Easy walk to everything but out of the centre a bit so it is very peaceful. Great view and balcony. The bed was a bit uncomfy and the stairs (steep and sharp) were a bit tough even for me in my 20s!

la casa è in una posizione fantastica proprio nel centro di Lakka e a pochi km dalle calette più belle di paxos. Gli spazi interni sono ben divisi tanto che nemmeno sembra un monolocale, ma l'aspetto più interessante è la luminosità dell'appartamento e la terrazza che affaccia sul porticciolo di Lakka da una parte e dall'altra su una verde collina. È stato un vero piacere svegliarsi ogni mattina e fare colazione godendo di una tale vista. Siamo arrivati a Paxos stressatissimi e anche grazie alla casa di Stamitis siamo ripartiti in pace con il mondo. grazie sarai sempre la nostra prima scelta per la prossima vacanza a Paxos.

Excellent stay in Paxos. The host was very responsive and, even though not physically present, assisted in everything we needed and provided us with what was asked. Messages always clear and replies always within minutes. Fantastic.

It was a lovely place. We only stayed two days in the AirBnB, but I had a really good time. It was clean and the place itself wasn’t too far from the center of Gaios. The host was also really easy to get along with.

We loved this place! Yves and Martine are the best hosts, welcoming, informative but enduring guests privacy. They even lent us raincoats and umbrellas! Breakfast was huge, beautifully presented and delivered to our terrace daily. There is a kettle, nespresso machine with tea and coffee provided, On rainy days we were welcomed into Yves and Martines home. The room was immaculate, spacious and beds comfortable. The bathroom is large with a great rainfall shower and plenty of hot water. The aircon and ceiling fan work well. The house is surrounded by lovely gardens and there is a sea view! It’s an easy downhill walk to the village with a number of good tavernas and at least 4 lovely beaches, the walk back is easy on the road but a breathtaking challenge if you go through the village. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Apartment in a Mediterranean- style villa, ground floor. Both the apartment and the surroundings are gorgeous and you have a great view. In the middle of an olive tree Forrest, very calm and quiet, 15 minutes walk to the city center (if you are up to climbing a small hill) or 5 minutes by car. Very beautiful design, kitchen fully equipped, mosquito net in windows, even beach towels were available. What made this stay even better was Tessy, our host. Incredibly kind, responsive and proactive, she welcomed us with an earlier check in, show us around, gave us recommendations in the island and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you for everything 💛

Thalassa Garden ist eine ganz wundervolle kleine und sehr private Ferienwohnanlage direkt am Meer! Jede von den vier Wohneinheiten hat einen sehr schönen eigenen Garten mit direktem Zugang ins Meer (Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert). Das Meer ist glasklar und lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Ein weiteres Highlight ist Maria! Sie ist einfach nur bezaubernd und super hilfsbereit! So eine Gastfreundschaft habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Sotirios war ebenfalls gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Urlaubs-Tipps gegeben. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, freundlich und hell. Wir danken Maria und Sotirios herzlich für diese tolle Urlaubswoche und werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Liebe Grüße von Martina, Petra und Gaby

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, ist schön groß und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft und empfehlen es weiter.

Super freundliche Gastgeber, die einen jeden Tag versüßen sei es durch selbst gemacht Marmelade oder einen Ausflugstipp. Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen und kein Ziel ist zu weit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es jeden Tag frische Handtücher gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und würden es jedem wärmstem empfehlen hier zu übernachten!

I had the pleasure of staying at Vassias beautiful apartment, and frankly speaking it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and at ease. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the home was both cozy and modern. Communication with the owner was seamless. They were very responsive in responding to any questions I had and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location of the home was also ideal, situated in the center of the old town, with the tavernas just below, but still very quiet on the inside. For anyone who is about to travel to Parga, I highly recommend them to go to Vassias apartment. I will surely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, well-located apartment near the sea and many great restaurants, with the added bonus of private parking. But what truly made our experience unforgettable were Pappous and yiayia, the kindest people we’ve ever met. From day one, they made us feel like family with their warmth and generosity. They were incredibly sweet with our 9-month-old daughter, treating her like their own grandchild. Their love and attention touched us deeply. Leaving was so emotional. We cried, feeling like we were saying goodbye to family. This stay was more than a holiday; it was a heartwarming human connection. Thank you, Pappous and Yiayia. We’ll be back soon ❤️

Amazing find, right in the heart of the beautiful Gaios with everything a stones throw away. Steleo was an absolute gentleman, picked us up from the port and spent time giving us lots of recommendations for our stay. Could not recommend more highly, thank you.

Endroit paradisiaque avec une vue depuis le studio à couper le soufflé.Tres bel accueil de Kuria Evaggelia et Elias. Nous avons passé une semaine avec toutes les conditions idéales pour du repos, de la découverte d’endroits magnifiques avec l’aide des conseils des hôtes. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que l’on se sente bien et y parviennent aisément. Merci pour les cafés frappés au quotidien et l’accompagnement pour la location du scooter et le dernier trajet vers le bus. Parga est une jolie station balnéaire et la baie de Lychnos est magnifique. Merci pour ce séjour
