It is located in the center of the island in the village of Platanos. Many beautiful beaches such as Kipiadi, Kipos, Kaki Lagada, Alati are very close to the house. The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Family, or couples are welcomed at recently renovated ''Vintage House'' !!! Located in Gaios village, within a few minutes' walk from restaurants and bars and a 5-6-minutes from the nearest beach ! The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
