Monthly Rentals in Pawai Bay

Location is everything in Kona and this place has it. Centrally located in Kona with easy walking access to tons of restaurant, bars and shopping options. Kona can be a busy place at times so to be able to leave the car behind and walk to nearby options is a HUGE advantage. The condo was as described and is perfect for two adults. The condo complex provided lush landscaping, nice pool area and a very helpful front desk in case you are in need of something during your stay.

What an incredible find - tucked in the hills and trees above Kailua Kona, parrots singing at dusk, it is an absolute dream escape. Treats on arrival, beach chairs + umbrella + cooler + snorkel gear made available making beach time luxurious, nice hot shower w good pressure, very functional kitchen and a grill, hot tub always ready - what more can you want?

Maika's place is conveniently located in Kailua-Kona! I was within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores (KTA), and some beaches. You are also close to Target and Walmart (best to drive there). Maika provided towels, spare fans (no AC in the unit, but there was a nice breeze), cookware, and seasoning. Just be cautious with closing the door, I have accidentally slammed it and got yelled at by the downstairs neighbors. Other than that, I highly recommend booking the space! Mahalo Maika!

Such a fantastic place to stay when visiting Kona! Easy driving distance to Kailua-Kona and super close to many of the coffee farms. We loved the privacy, the views, the kindness of Shan and Pena, and especially the goats! Would easily recommend this to anyone staying on the Big Island
