Its history dates back to the 15th century and to this day the castle is still a private, inhabited and family property. The house has benefited from our most beautiful decorating ideas, bringing a lot of privacy and authenticity. The cottage is next to the castle farm, country atmosphere guaranteed.

Détendez-vous dans ce cottage calme et élégant avec vue sur les écuries, les chevaux et la vallée, magnifique à chaque saison. Le gîte est bien isolé et reste frais pendant les canicules, il est classé 3*, sans taxe de séjour. Le Haras des Souches n'est pas un centre équestre. L'entrée est indépendante de la longère Normande que je viens de restaurer. Situé sur 4ha en lisière de forêt. A 3km de Pavilly, sur l' axe Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens- Le Havre. Le Parking est privé, fermé par un portail.

Pavillon individuel situé dans un lotissement calme.A 2 minutes en voiture du centre ville où on y trouve toutes les commodités. A 2 min de la gare, possibilité de se rendre a Paris/Caen/Le Havre en 1h env. A 15 minutes de Rouen Vieille ville,1h de Honfleur et 1h10 de Deauville. Les alentours disposent d'une piscine, d'une voie verte ainsi que des chemins de randonnée. La maison dispose de 2 lits et un canapé convertible.(lit bébé sur demande).Un jardin orienté sud et sans vis à vis.

Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

The peaceful home

Welcome to our peaceful home that ensures tranquility and serenity. You have a private outdoor area with a 6-seater hot tub, a fenced garden with stunning views, with garden furniture and a BBQ. A living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, fridge, induction, coffee machine...) and seating area. Two spacious bedrooms with the possibility of 6 beds. 10 minutes from the Bocasse amusement park and Clères zoo, 20 minutes from Rouen, 35 from Dieppe.

The Bread Oven

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate.
