Adorable Studio - Close to everything!

This condo suite is located at Condominium Suites at Lake Winnipesaukee - voted #1 vacation rental in the Lakes Region in the 2020 Best of the Lakes Region contest and second place in 2021 -2025! Though the building is an older brick building, the condo suites are all very tastfully decorated, and comfortable. Although we are across the street from the lake, we do not have direct access. Weirs Beach is 12 minutes down the street. Weirs Beach has shops, eateries and arcades.nd tranquil getaway.

Close to Weirs Beach, downtown Laconia, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock Mountain, hiking, marinas, shopping and Lake access from the Day dock.

Unit 216 is a cute 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with partial lake views of Paugus Bay that sleeps 4. There is option to rent the connected unit #217 to accommodate up to 8 people. Great location! Less than 10 minutes to Weirs Beach & the Bank of NH Pavilion & 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air in the morning, play at the lake all day long & wind down your evening by cooking in the kitchen or dining at Myrna's, downstairs.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and armchair positioned around a wooden coffee table. A gas fireplace is located under a mounted TV, with large sliding doors providing a view of the water and access to the outdoor deck. Soft, natural light fills the room.
