Holiday rentals with a pool in Belknap County

Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Mary’s cottage by the lake. We loved our stay and had an amazing time. Things to note: - there is a short walk to the water access. While we were there, the lake unfortunately had a Cyanobacteria bloom so we were not able to swim but this was remedied as the association has access to pools. - The main living area is on the second floor but there are bathrooms on both levels! - There are no fires in either the indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit with the exception of duraflame log fires allowed. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return soon!

OK Had a perfect 1-day getaway at a cozy house in Belmont, NH! The place was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to relax. We loved the pool and hot tub during the day, and in the evening, we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace while making s’mores. The location was peaceful and beautiful—great for a quick escape from the city. It felt like a mini vacation packed into one day. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a warm, relaxing atmosphere!

Michael was so friendly and helpful when booking his place and leading up to our stay. We also inquired about an early check in as this was a special one night trip for my son’s bday. He let us check in super early and even though I tried to pay extra he didn’t accept <3. The place was really clean and comfortable. Plenty of beds and sleeping room and the bunk bed room was a perfect set up for my son’s bday and his friends. The TV is giant and was really great for the boys to watch movies and play video games. The place was easy to get to, and it was a really great location being right next to the lake and pools (unfortunately didn’t get to use because of rain!) Thank you Michael for helping make my son’s 12th special!

We stayed at Ryan's place with our young family during school winter vacation. The space was beautiful and clean and the view of the lake across the street was stunning. We got snowed in for about 24 hours of our stay due to a big winter storm and appreciated having space for our kids to play indoors (the bunk beds were a hit). When the weather cleared we were an easy drive of some fun winter attractions like tubing and ice castles.

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

It was a nice place to stay for the weekend. We were looking for something close to Weirs Beach and it was just up the hill. We had a little trouble getting in when we first arrived as the instructions were a little confusing, but a quick text on Airbnb resulted in a quick response that got us inside. Otherwise was a good place to stay.

Shauna was a great host. Instructions were clear and check-in / check-out was straightforward. Communication was excellent and any questions I had were answered quickly. Pictures were accurate and the house was clean and set up well. We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future. Thank you!

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

We had an amazing time staying at Cedar Lodge during Laconia Bike Week, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was perfect — just minutes from all the action, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we needed it. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning — even better than the pictures. Waking up to that every morning was such a bonus. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Michael was an outstanding host — super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made check-in a breeze. He clearly puts care into making sure guests feel at home, and it really showed. If you’re coming to Laconia, especially for Bike Week, this is the place to stay. We’ll definitely be booking again next year
