First, I have to recognize that Luciana is sensational! He responded to all messages promptly and answered two requests without any difficulty. The place is great and just cross the street to get to the beach (station 11). The apartment has all calluses for a quiet stay on the beach! Super recommend the site and especially Luciana!!!

The site is cozy, has all the utensils necessary to make meals on site, has privacy, the outdoor area of the inn has muiiitas plants and was one of the things I liked the most! I'd definitely go back to bed.

Accommodation is as described in the photo with good taste in the decoration, as the weather was not good, I enjoyed the structure every day of the accommodation, meeting all my expectations as well as a full kitchen, ice machine, brewery, and a cart to take cooler and etc to the beach that was very useful, I felt at home, I have no observation only compliments.

I really liked the apartment, very nice view and everything very organized. Easy access to the center. Clear instructions on the property and condominium. Message service was quick tbm. I would recommend it!

Mr. João was extremely kind to us, searched us and took us to the place of embarkation, gave us local tips and proved extremely helpful. We went by bus and did everything on foot, but I recommend who is staying by car. The site is a bit far from the beach, around 18 minutes walking. The night, inside, there is no light, so whoever is on foot needs to know that a flashlight or cell phone is necessary and not be afraid of dark, since it is a pitch The place is exactly like in the pictures, a glamping concept that for those who like will love the experience! The chalet is within a place with plenty of green space and a street of land, great for those who want proximity to nature.

I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

We love the apartment: spacious, beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. Like the photos of the ad, it has a large room, large windows where a lot of natural light comes in, beautiful view, air conditioning, in short, we would definitely return! Sidney was very kind and attentive, sending local tips and supporting us! The condominium is also very pleasant with an excellent leisure area and friendly staff!

Our stay was super peaceful, the house is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to make a good barbecue, the house has everything we need to use on the beach, everything was clean and we felt very peaceful in the house because the condominium provides a parking space and 24-hour doorman. Natalia gave us several tips on places to go in Juquehy, the house is exactly 15 minutes walk from the beach sand, we were able to go by car and stop in front of the beach! We were able to enjoy everything the house had and we will definitely be back!

The house is very cozy. Daniela and Sabrina (who is the person who received us there) are thoughtful and kind. The accommodation is a little far from the beach if you want to walk. I traveled with friends and how we were talking on the way it was quiet. The house is accessed by a staircase. If you travel with the elderly, it can be a bit uncomfortable. The house is cute! We love the place, the photos are very faithful to the space, the mattresses are great. It is very well located, in front of entrance 01 of the beach. Maria Eugênia was super attentive and flexible, always answering questions very quickly! Voltaria more often..

Excellent accommodation!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 metres from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice spots for contemplating the sea, and an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

Great stay, I will definitely come back other times, great service by the hosts! We stayed in house 5, a large and comfortable house, it had all the basic and necessary supplies!

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

We love the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (cups, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken plus there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos of the residence. Fantastic for a few days as a family, accommodating very well 5 people. Improvement Oportundiades: Major trash in the kitchen, softer mattresses and no additional toppings (my preference), lockers slightly worn out by the sea, but in good conditions, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting on and removing the leased bed linen (detail) and a little bit more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot to Caroline and Dilson for offering us this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

The Fabiani house is beautiful and beautifully decorated, no items are missing in the kitchen. All in very good taste. We found the house clean, but needed more care in cleaning the clothes cabinets and in the refrigerator. We hired Cléo ( indicated by Fabiani) and it was wonderful. We made our breakfast and made everything very clean. Another very good point is that you arrive from the beach and already in the outside area, it already loses all things with sand, has a clothesline, has a tank, has a washing machine. The house has a screen in the windows so it is wonderful to prevent the local pernilongos. It also has a beach cart to carry the chairs and sun umbrellas and it was great! Deixo as a suggestion to make more bathroom mats available, liquid hand wash in bathrooms and toilet paper. I know the house does not offer but makes a difference. It was wonderful thanks

It was a great stay, the apartment is close to bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and market. The accommodations are very comfortable, the pool is good. Peterson was very helpful and attentive! :)
