Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses am Ortsrand von Bestensee. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, einer vollausgestatteten Küche und einem Bad mit Duschwanne . Auch ein großer Balkon steht zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermarkt (300m), Gastronomie und Bowlingbahn. Bestensee liegt zwischen Berlin und Spreewald und verfügt über mehrere Badeseen und Radwanderwege.

Das Haus ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt direkt am Wald, mit wunderschönen Wanderwegen. Der See ist 3min Fußweg entfernt. Es gibt zwei Balkone und eine große Terrasse, dort kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. In der Küche finden Sie alles was das Herz begehrt um sich tolle Gerichte zu kochen. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer wird Sie in der kalten Jahreszeit erfreuen. Mit den Öffentlichen kommen Sie gut nach Berlin oder auch ins nahegelegt Topical Island. Eine schöne Auszeit vom Alltag

Erleben Sie in dieser besonderen und familienfreundlichen Unterkunft unvergessliche Momente. Auf einem ruhig gelegenen, historischen Bauernhof finden sie viele Gelegenheiten um sich zu entspannen. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein Naturspielplatz sowie eine sonnige Terasse, die zum Grillen und Verweilen einlädt. Die naheliegende Badestelle am Teupitzer See ist ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) sind schnell zu erreichen. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.

Tinyhaus - naturnah! - MIT SAUNA

... den Alltag hinter sich lassen und das Leben der kurzen Wege genießen - das geht im Tinyhaus südlich von Berlin. Dabei bist du nicht nur im Inneren des Hauses von Holz und einer schönen Atmosphäre umgeben, sondern auch draußen. Das Tinyhaus steht in einem Wald am Feldrand, der See ist nicht weit weg und die Umgebung lädt zum Fahrradfahren, Wandern, Angeln und Erholen ein.

Entspannte Auszeit im Haus am See

Sie wohnen stadtnah und grün: im EG im Haus am See. Die Bahn (Bahnhof 900 m) fährt stündlich nach Berlin oder in den Spreewald. Von der offenen Wohnküche gelangen Sie in zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Eine Terrasse lädt zum Frühstücken oder relaxen ein. Ein Kanadier und ein Ruderboot können ausgeliehen werden. Ihre Bootstouren starten direkt am Grundstück.
