Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Patras

The house was great had a lovely courtyard overlooking the sea and our kids enjoyed it very much We will definitely go again It was all very nice

Everything was great,when we come back to Patras it will be our first choice. Andreas informative and kind like his wonderful family.The children were playing in the fantastic garden and we really felt like home,everything was perfect!

Everything was great! Quick answers, very flexible check-in (our arrival time of the ferry has been postponed 2x), nicely furnished apartment, even with breakfast in the fridge - super good! Very nice and friendly hosts! Will be happy to come back!

Great house, wonderful hosts, it was not too hot in the house even if outside was around 38C. We used a lot back yard, barbecue place... apsolutely grateful and happy to be there

Zoe and Antonis are impeccable hosts: super responsive, attentive, very available. Their house matched the description in every way. We particularly appreciated being welcomed: there was fruit, bread, ouzo and something to prepare for breakfast. Which is rare. The house was perfectly clean and very well-equipped: cooking enthusiasts can cook without worries! Monastiraki is a very nice, lively and welcoming village. Life is easy there: a supermarket café allows you to buy the essentials and hot elarin, fruit and vegetable merchants pass through the village. The sea is very close, 200 m walk and the village restaurants Offer excellent fish. I would highly recommend this place and thank Zoé and Ànotons again for hosting us.

very nice house just like in the photos with many amenities and very close to the center with easy parking...the hosts hospitable (we had red eggs and cookies to welcome us)..we had a great time at Easter and we will definitely go again ..

Great space, spotless, comfortable and warm, fully equipped with everything the guest might need. 5'by car from the center of Nafpaktos, near a beach. The host is thoughtful and considerate. We felt at home and can't wait to come back.

Very beautiful and well cared for indoor space with beautiful garden. It has everything we needed in the kitchen. The parking space accommodated 7 vehicles with no issue. The hosts were very discreet and responsive to everything and were flexible with the check out time. The route to the center of Patras is very pleasant and you never understand you arrived

I was very satisfied with my stay. Mrs. Margarita very kind, helpful in everything, the house spotless,had everything it writes inside. With the welcome there was a liqueur to serve. I will definitely prefer it again if I go to Patras again. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

A truly breathtaking villa in a beautiful location. The sunset is amazing and the views down into the Bay of Patras are spectacular. The villa is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The big swimming pool is surrounded by a large grass area with plenty of shaded areas to cool off or sit down to eat. There is also an outdoor kitchen (with pizza oven / BBQ area / gas cooker). The owners were amazing, very kind and extraordinarily generous, encouraging us to help ourselves to the fruit and vegetables they grow. The location was great – not just for soaking up the sun but also for days out. We visited ancient Olympia, Delphi and also had dinner in Patras. For a family holiday it was perfect.

We stayed at Villa Carlos to visit Patras and Kitesurf in Drepano. For our group of 8 people the Villa was a perfect fit for our vacation! Can only recommend the place!

The villa is so spacious, plenty of place to sleep, and relax. Full of nature, best scenery of the sea, mountain, town and hill. The room is clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the fruit freshly picked from the garden. It's highly recommended for family and large group of visitors...! This is the best stay we have ever had outside our country...!

Impressively clean house. and equipped with everything. the best for relaxation and rest. the pool in a very good size and depth. The only negative thing is that the beach bar next door was very strong on weekends and the very small 2nd room. I would definitely go back!

Kanstantinos is an outstanding host with a beautiful property! He was very responsive and kind. The house is great and we highly recommend a stay at his place! You will love it!

Irene and Nikos were some of the most friendly people we’ve encountered during our trip in Greece. Their family was really friendly and welcoming, we felt just like home, all the amenities were available and on point. The host was proactive and always willing to help whenever in need. The villa was above expectations, it looked better than the pictures. It was truly one of the best airbnb I’ve been to. I recommend it without hesitation !
