Apartment holiday rentals in Patong Beach

It was a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone that is going to be in Phuket.

The apartment is large and beautiful, the location of the apartment is a bit far, but it suits me if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the area, which is a 7-minute drive. A beautiful area that is very interesting. The hostess is amazing, excellent service, there is a quick response

Beautiful rental exactly how it was depicted in the pictures. Easy to check in. Tons of food and everything you can need around the building. Only negative I can say is the loud music from the walk in pa tong you can hear from the 13th floor but it’s not horribly loud I slept right through it but it goes until 2-3am. I’m also a deep sleeper.

Such a beautiful place. It is in perfect location, close to all attractions. The host even provided snacks for us. Their place and them, both are warm and lovely!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Wonderful place, quite and clean

A very clean and nice apartment! Our hosts Oleg and Sutapat were very responsive which makes all the difference! Regarding area: always make sure you get dropped exactly to your building especially if you have lots of luggage! The area has lots of hills so can make it really difficult to pull around suitcases. I think there are shuttles available however we didnt know this/utilise this as we arrived very late. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotlessly clean, super comfy, and in a fantastic location surrounded by beautiful scenery. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We even had a private jacuzzi attached to our room on the balcony, just like in the pictures - it was the perfect way to unwind. The resort had amazing pools too! The amenities were top-notch, and the neighborhood was safe and convenient. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I had a wonderful stay at Vivian’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She were welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The location was great, and I truly appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Me and my friends stayed 3 nights at Erica’s place and we loved it. The apartment is the perfect size for a large group with open spaces and two bathrooms. Booking through Erica and Fady was incredibly easy and responsive. I would highly recommend these hosts and apartment too.

It's still a very nice room. The swimming pool is right outside the living room. The beds in both rooms are large. The not so good thing is that there is no toothbrush ~ The living room is very well equipped with a microwave and cutlery. The receptionist is also very nice.

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

The location is perfect. A large small swimming pool ( 80m) and the building against (Block B) on the roof has a swimming pool but there is no shade and it is very hot, the sun bakes. The gym is very lilac and there is only 1 treadmill, 1 bench for press and 6 dumbbells queue too. Good internet for remote workers. Close to 7/11 and currency exchange. Great host, always responds very quickly. Among the disadvantages: Poor cleaning is a lot of dust and water flows from the air conditioner all the time and a lot of mosquitoes. The carpet in the hall is very dirty and the curtains need to be washed. There is no washing machine but on the ground floor there is a laundry room 1 kg 100 baht but it is not completely clean( We did a deep cleaning ourselves and removed the dirty carpet in the balcony and bought a lot of dishes as they were not enough for 4 adults. For 4 adults, the apartment is cramped but for a family with children is a good option.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Good apartment, perfect area around the house, everything is well maintained, there is a gym, cafe, swimming pools, beautiful views on the roof, this is the best place to relax in Thailand, I am not staying there for the first time, there is something to compare

It was a picturesque place to stay in for several nights in Karon, the apartment is nice, as in pictures. It was all clean, with a nice terrace and good hosts Serdar and Svetlana. Not far from Karon beach, only 10 minutes by foot. And you can find all necessary shops and restaurants around while walking. The welcome was great. But please pay attention that the electricity payment is not included in the price, with extra charge. The place is all new, it has its own pool exit, and you have a nice pull around the apartments, with fitness center. The air conditioning was great so you can stay and chill at home after the wet hot weather outside. Also has a smart TV and WiFi inside the apartment. I recommend this place to stay in while in Karon!
