Rogner's place is perfect for your stay in New Jersey! We went to see Beyoncé and couldn't be in a better place. We were close to the train station, great restaurants, and within walking distance to these places. There's designated parking, so you won't have to park in the streets. The place itself is cozy, warm, and has everything one can need. We will definitely be back in Jersey, baby!

The host was great and very responsive. The unit was clean and well-maintained, though a bit smaller than expected. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the hospitality

This is one of our favorite places to stay when going to the New York/New Jersey area. The location is wonderful, easy to get in and out of the city while staying in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is impeccably clean and neat, with everything you need. Anneka is a great and thoughtful host who is always responsive. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back to stay here again in the future!

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future! Jennifer's place is hands-down my favorite AirBnB accommodation that I have stayed at this far-- Jennifer is a lovely person, and I had the best sleep in a very long time in the extremely cozy bed, plus I got to watch the nice TV, the temperature was perfect, I was conveniently able to do a quick load of laundry that I needed for work the next day, the shower was absolutely heavenly, I had my morning coffee/snacks/water readily available that Jennifer left there for me, the fridge was excellent, having the microwave accessible was perfect, parking was conveniently located right out front super close.... On a scale from 1-10, Jennifer's place scores over 100!!! :-)

House was comfortable and worked well for the five of us. Pete responded quickly to the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!!!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Carol’s place was very clean, cheery, and thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home! She is a clear and proactive communicator. The neighborhood is peaceful. Finding parking was a bit challenging at times but not impossible. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay! It’s in a great location- very walkable to nearby shops, and about a 20 minute drive to Met Life. The place was absolutely spotless and impeccably cleaned when we arrived. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Great hosts, very clean and modern amenities, the rooftop view is amazing!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
