Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Patchway

This is the second time we have stayed at Chipping Sodbury to attend the Badminton Horse Trials. It really is an amazing location. Leanne and Richard were again fabulous hosts. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The shower was warm but lacking a little pressure. The kitchen is well fitted with a full size fridge/freezer. We can certainly recommend the Italian restaurant next door, and it is within walking distance of the local Waitrose. Parking is on the road which can be busy and the pub across the road can also be a little noisy.

Arthur and Jenie were really friendly, helpful hosts and, oh my, what a beautiful place to stay! The cottage is delightfully quirky with so many interesting touches - the hosts clearly have great taste and you can just tell they've really thought about the details. Loved everything about it, thank you so much!

Our second time here and just as special! Joe is so kind and thoughtful - he leaves you a lovely welcome pack including bread, eggs, milk, jam, cereal etc. The cottage is stunning and so peaceful, the outdoor space is fantastic with the hot tub overlooking the stunning gardens and woodland. Would recommend The Black Horse for their burgers and views over the Cotswolds, and Henry’s Bakehouse for brunch. Ernie the dog is also super friendly and a welcome visitor! 🐾 Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Gardens were beautiful With flowers and lovely roses. So calm and peaceful. Wake up to birds singing and quiet. Home was lovely and had all we needed. Shopping and some great pubs/restaurants close by. The George and Rising sun.

It’s a lovely coach house with direct views of the bay and s wales that is about a 15 min walk away from the town centre. A bus stop is right in front so transport isn’t a problem. Additionally Mike and Ginny here take care of a beautiful garden. They are one of the most welcoming and supportive hosts I’ve ever met and I can’t appreciate enough.

We had a wonderful stay at The Goat Shed and would absolutely recommend it. The space is beautifully decorated, spotless, and very peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the clear instructions left for guests were really helpful. Our dog loved the spacious garden, and the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. We also really enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Sweetapples on the High Street. We'd love to return in the future!

We had a great stay at Heather's, her house is beautiful and in a very peaceful location. She was a lovely host and we'd definitely recommend!

such a lovely studio apartment with parking. Easy to find, super clean and very comfortable with comfy large bed. Loved the little extras ie milk, orange juice and a lovely brioche loaf. Great information on things to do in the area , Julie really does go above and beyond to make your stay a perfect one . Highly recommend and we will be back 🥰

Absolutely beautiful flat and beautiful surroundings. Simon and Maria could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately I had to cut my booking short due to personal reasons but Simon and Maria were very understanding and helpful. The flat itself is very up to date and clean but still cosy and comfy. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I'd highly recommend this place.

It’s our 2nd time staying and won’t be our last! Carol and Richard are the perfect hosts and we are so pleased to have found this gem. It’s a great location for exploring the city and an absolutely beautiful flat, so thoughtfully designed with lots of special touches. Would highly recommend.

Jacqui was very friendly, and provided clear instructions for the check in and for the use of the different amenities. Wonderful place, it was clean and tidy, it was stocked with plenty of utensils and things to use if using the kitchen! The pool was great, we had access to it basically 24/7 during our stay. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

Myself & a colleague stayed at 5 Kensington Place, Clifton for 8 nights. Apartment was clean. Location was great. The host communicated well, & a parking permit was in place by the time I arrived from airport. Great apartment, great host. I would definitely stay there again & recommend anyone to stay there. Was a great check in with John who gave clear instructions and a brief intro to the apartment. It’s an historic building nestled in a beautiful secluded spot but immediately accessible to Stroud including a walkable supermarket. We were treated to a brass band on Sunday morning from the park bandstand opposite! Comfortable and cosy interior perfect for our short stay. John was the perfect gentleman and host

We have stayed at Joanna's flat on numerous occasions. The location is perfect, you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. I can particularly recommend the Portcullis Pub and the Bristol Fringe as well as any of the Deli's and bakeries. The number 8 bus from next to Nero's will take you into the centre of Bristol in about 10 mins or its about a 20 to 30 min walk down some steep hills. The Clifton Suspension Bridge is about 5 mins walk away. For a short break I cannot recommend this place or location enough.

Perfect place to stay in Bath to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Very comfortable and interesting A few steps down to entrance door via a lovely courtyard garden

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment. It’s stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and just a short walk from the centre of town. The cot and high chair provided were perfect for our 1.5-year-old, and everything was very comfortable and easy. Check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Parking outside the apartment was full when we arrived on Friday evening, which made unloading a little tricky, but there was space on Sunday when we left so it may just have been the timing. Overall, a really nice base for our weekend and we’d definitely recommend it!

Our stay was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Mags could not have been more welcoming & met us on arrival & departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious & had everything we needed. The location was beautiful & very peaceful. Would highly recommend. Oh & we loved meeting the dogs & seeing the lambs!

Beautiful flat in a lovely location. The deck overlooking the garden was such a bonus.

Perfect for our night before flying from Bristol. 15 mins from airport parking. Cosy and comfy and a great nights sleep.
