This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Moonshine is a luxurious holiday villa in Kalkan. With 4 bedrooms, it sleeps 9 people and is ideal for families and groups. A large pool is exclusively for the use of the guests. The beach is only 900 m away, the center of Kalkan is a few minutes' walk away.

There is also a shared WC and sink on the ground floor. Note: One of the rooms is located on the basement floor. There is no bathroom in the same room, but there is a bathroom and a sink next to the room.
