Beachfront holiday rental in Passo Oscuro

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Fabrizio was fantastic from the moment we booked until we checked out. The accomodation was in a historical building which importantly had a lift. Fabrizio gave us recommendations for day trips to medieval towns which were amazing and places we would not have normally visited. A fantastic experience overall. Thanks Fabrizio.

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Ladispoli! We had an unforgettable stay in Ladispoli and this place exceeded all our expectations! The apartment was perfectly located — just a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. Ladispoli is a wonderful place to relax, with its picturesque streets, beautiful beaches and a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment, whether it's walking around the city or spending time on the beach. In the evening it was possible to enjoy great Italian cuisine in the local restaurants. What is especially convenient — Ladispoli is ideally located if you plan to visit Rome. Very easy access to transport (trains, buses), which makes it an excellent base for daily trips to the capital. We rented a car and easily reached Rome, enjoying both the city and a relaxing holiday! Our best recommendation!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. This house was the highlight of our trip! It was absolutely perfect, comfortable, clean and beautiful right on the beach. It is the perfect place to relax before or after being on an airplane. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making the check in process easy, giving us local recommendations, and making us feel welcome.

We stayed at Homaira’s listing prior to boarding our cruise out of Civitavecchia. The balcony views alone are worth it! It’s a very easy walk from the train station to Homaira’s apartment, if you follow the instructions she provides you with to take the train’s underpass (if you don’t, it’s a bit of a hill to take the public road with your luggage!). Please note, it’s on the 13th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 12th. We didn’t find the one flight challenging but keep in mind if you have lots to carry! The apartment was clean, and had all the essentials. We weren’t the biggest fan of the pillows (very stiff), but it didn’t make or break our stay. Overall, Homaira was very responsive to any questions I had! We would stay again if we go on another cruise.

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.

This apartment couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is wonderful, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We stayed here the night before our flight and loved getting to relax on the beach and enjoy a nice seafood dinner. Francesca was extremely helpful with booking a taxi to the airport. She also stored our luggage for us since we arrived before the check in time, making it possible for us to go to the beach! The apartment is stocked with everything you might need and was extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place is very well renovated, spacious and extremely clean. Location is super central, just 3 minutes walking from the main square and 15 to the train station. Wifi is not the fastest but gets the job done unless you need to be on video calls with a large audience. The hosts have been extremely helpful, always very responsive, even with requests outside of what was advertised. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area.
