Chalet Hafling near Merano - Chalet Zoila

A house with a long, exciting history, which we have carefully and with great respect brought into the 21st century. The house stands alone in the middle of nature: directly below the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area and only 10 km from the city of Merano. 170 square meters can accommodate eight to 12 people. The garden is gently sloping, just behind the three larches, about 100 meters away, is our other chalet, the Chalet Leckplått. Private mountain view sauna.

Apartment in the center of San Vigilio di Marebbe

Independent apartment in the centre of San Vigilio di Marebbe, a few steps from the ski-bus stop which then takes 5 minutes to the ski lifts. In few minutes walk you can reach the main church and the shops. The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, table and sofa bed, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Outside there is a small private garden with gorgeous view. The City Tax is not included in the price. It must be paid separately.

Apartment Aer with sauna - Chalet Insignis

Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.

In Gries, residential area close to the center,15 minutes walk Walthersquare, (65mq) bright and well furnished villa in the attic on the third floor. Close to bus stop, supermarket, banks shops and restaurants., large living room, sleepingroom, full bathroom w/shower....the bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning costs of 35 euros to be paid on site and tourist taxes of 1.70 per day per person are not included.

Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

The holiday home “Ferienhaus in der Blaiche” is located in St. Leonhard Passeier and stretches over 3 storeys. The chalet with a stunning mountain view consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a children's bed and a highchair.
