The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 16 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys.

A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

A house with a long, exciting history, which we have carefully and with great respect brought into the 21st century. The house stands alone in the middle of nature: directly below the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area and only 10 km from the city of Merano. 170 square meters can accommodate eight to 12 people. The garden is gently sloping, just behind the three larches, about 100 meters away, is our other chalet, the Chalet Leckplått. Private mountain view sauna.

We are located in a small and quiet village in the Wipptal 3 km south of Sterzing, at about 1000 m above sea level. Approx. 90 sqm Ground floor: Kitchen with adjoining stone cellar, Living room, day toilet. The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
