Monthly Rentals in Passatempo

We had a fantastic time here. Paula and Marcello are very sweet people and nothing is too much. We were surprised with a delicious breakfast in the fridge upon arrival. Marcello also came to bring fresh croissants from the bakery and we also got a homemade delicious cake a few days later. Momo the dog always came to get cuddles and next to the fantastically equipped kitchen the view is really phenomenal. We will definitely come back!

The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

This was my home for one month while I attended the local language school. Everything I needed and wanted was in walking distance, and it was a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the piazza in the town's center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the host, Daniele was extremely helpful and responsive. He was also gracious and picked me up from the train station. I loved staying here, it was the perfect home away from home for the month. Grazie Daniele!

Beautiful place to regenerate in nature with spectacular views of Loreto and Recanati. Modern house equipped with every comfort, super friendly hosts with quick and easy communication. Recommended for couples to enjoy the sauna and outdoor bathtub, but also convenient for families with small children.
