Joan was an fantastic host. She went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. We had a very comfortable stay in a gorgeous room for our overnight in Cobh. Would definitely be staying again. Thanks a million Joan.

Unusual location in semi wooded raised slightly away and above the owners home, can't see from the airbnb. Outside seating to two sides, plenty of space inside, well appointed and warm, we didn't need the wood burner. Very relaxing stay. Met both hosts and their lovely dog, very welcoming and helpful. Great allocated parking space, would highly recommend this home from home.

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs in the last four weeks across the UK and Ireland and this has been hands down, the best Airbnb in a room rental basis. It was very nice to check in and see such a welcoming room with the numerous finishing touches like the cereal and the milk ready in the fridge to touch on a few of the aspects that made this Airbnb a comfortable stay. I only stayed one night but would happily have stayed much longer had the circumstances been different. The space was quiet and the house was immaculately clean. The room was specious with a beautiful view of the green hills of Cork. The place had a strong B and B feel in the original sense of the phrase; that is, it felt like high quality B and Bs used to be. I am thankful to these great hosts.
