Chantal and her husband are an extremely welcoming couple, very friendly. They enjoy interacting with their tenants and are very good at giving advice. Their studio is very well designed and pleasant, and Chantal does everything possible to make the stay as good as possible. Very well located accommodation in the centre of Cholet. Shops, restaurants, are nearby. The apartment is well equipped. Parking space is very nice. The loggia ensures a relaxing time. We had a pleasant stay.

One night at Nicolas's in this perfectly furnished studio on his land. I came for a sports competition so I needed peace and quiet and the accommodation was perfectly suited to my needs. Everything you need to cook, wash and rest was available. Even if it is a sofa bed, its size is large and the mattress comfortable so no worries. The only downside could be a stay in summer with high heat but it is always possible to leave the windows open.

Very welcoming and accommodating host. Very nice cottages. We only stayed one night so we couldn't enjoy everything that was available and especially the pool, the boat, the garden. But it made us really want to come and spend more time there.

Very nice accommodation, well designed, nice space. Terrace and this beautiful veranda super nice. The only negative point and perhaps to be specified is the fact that there is no TV. Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have enjoyed and they especially the TV. Perhaps provide additional concerted availability, a little tight in inclement weather. Each room with its super nice bathroom as well as toilet.

Great place at the top of a small hill, quiet secluded with a view to the forest. It's exotic when you come from the city but with all the comforts you need. The host provides many things for quality hospitality. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay at Julie's. The house is very beautiful, very comfortable and very well equipped. The hot tub and the outside are very nice to have a nice time in the sun and in the evening. What a terrific stay! We were a group of 4 who used the location as a home base to tour chateaus & wineries. It was perfect! It’s a quiet location just outside of a small village but close to lots of things. The space is clean & very well-equipped. The living room is conveniently in a separate building which allowed early-risers to have their own space to let others sleep in. The patio was our favorite place to go with our bottle of wine at the end of the evening. Isabelle & Jean-Louis were wonderful hosts. We loved the chance to connect with them while tasting their wonderful wines. Highly recommend!!!

A beautiful complex with easy access to many attractions. One of the most beautiful castle complexes and an enchanting little town right outside the front door.
