My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

The cottage is situated in the small town Buckow, the pearl in the nature park "Märkische Schweiz", just 50 KM east of Berlin. One of the prettiest places in Germany. The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden.

This spacious and stylish apartment is perfect for 1-2 persons( extra bed up to 3 people possible). With the fully equipped kitchen, even longer stays are no problem. The property is still under renovation and the house entrance as well as the stairwell to the apartment are not quite finished but can be used without hesitation. That's why we've adjusted the price. Home office is very possible with Wi-Fi and a can.

The GDR bungalow with 80m² was extensively renovated by us and is used exclusively as a "guest house". Our credo is to give our guests the kind of vacation we would like to have ourselves. Cottage in the woods

The cottage is located in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.
