Holiday rentals with a patio in Parramatta

Great one bedroom ground floor spacious unit that suited our purposes - near local hospital for after an operation. Was a very good unit for recovery, but would suit for many other purposes. Excellent transport options very near. Very easy walk to shopping centres with major supermarkets and chains. Great to have secure parking. Laundry units were easy to use.

Awesome apartment with everything we needed. Would stay here again anytime. Great shops nearby. Host was very responsive.

Deana and her husband are fantastic hosts, flexible and incredibly accommodating. The unit itself is modern and clean with a location that is extremely convenient to shops and public transport. This stay is my second at this location, and I'll no doubt return for a third!

Lexi’s place is a must stay. The homely feeling of the interior design makes you feel right at home. Just a short walk to Bondi Beach to enjoy everything it offers. I wish I could stay longer!! Just perfect.

This was our second stay at Sharlene's place, and it was as good as the first time. The flat in the backyard is very quiet and peaceful, there is no noise from the surrounding streets, which coupled with a comfortable bed, made for very good night's sleeps. The bathroom is a great size and the shower has great pressure. The kitchen is small but has all of the utensils you would need if you anted to cook. We ate out each night as there are lots of very good restaurants close by, and it is an easy 10 minute walk to either the Concord road or Majors Bay road restaurants. Highly recommended.

A great home away from home. We visited with my muso friends and we felt right at home. The home was neat and clean, comfortable and walking distance from shops and restaurants. The linen was all very clean and fresh which is always very important. We will definitely come back!

Had a peaceful stay at May's place. Cleanliness was outstanding. There was clear communication, check in was easier and the accommodation is apt for families. Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. The house was very warm and the kids loved it immediately. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped. It was very clean and even had jani promptly fix an issue with the bed linen as soon as we informed her. Although not her responsibility she agreed to post out some items left behind by my kids.

My family spent 4 weeks at this property and it was fantastic! Located in a beautiful area, with easy access to shops and highways. It met all our needs and was our little home away from home, we would definitely recommend!

Mira's place is fantastic. It has everything you need and was clean and well organised. It is close to public transport, eateries, groceries and the city. We had a great long weekend there.

loved the place, exactly as described and exactly what we needed for some rest and rejuvenation. Spent some quality time away with my son, we drove up from Melbourne and the secured underground carpark was wonderful for peace of mind. The train station is 5mins walk away, i enjoyed my walks to Ashfield aquatic centre for the gym, spa and sauna which was about 14mins easy walk. Comfortable bed and pillows and i enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Wonderful stay

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

Sophie’s place is exactly as described in the listing. We spent 5 nights with kids and our elderly parents and it served right for everyone. Location is great with restaurants, coffee shops, aldi closeby. Could see harbour bridge from the living room, what a view in the night while vivid festival lightened the bridge.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Great location for exhibiting or visiting a trade show at Olympic park. Comfy beds, easy access, good instructions and more than one towel. Shower could do with a door as water gets all over the floor, but otherwise great. Thank you!

One of the best apartments I have stayed in. Easy to follow instructions and the cleaners were very friendly and accomodating when we arrived early and asked if we could leave our suitcases in the apartment. Very well stocked - all the basic kitchen neccessities were supplied that are such a pain to have to buy every time you stay somewhere. Cecilia was very friendly and responded to my messages very quickly. Apartment was spotless (including bathrooms). 50m walk to supermarket and within walking distance to all Olympic Park venues. Highly recommend.
