Impeccable and very clean place, good location .Me felt at home and when in São Paulo I will return more often to the apartment!

It's like a village, there are other people living/staying, but they are separate buildings. Although more people, the site is quiet. The house is simple, but it has everything, TV with games and movies, full kitchen with stove, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, minibar, and the bathroom meets as well. Depending on the route Waze sends you, you will go through something that felt like a community to me. But super quiet, we saw nothing, we felt safe, I even left my car on the street the 3 days I stayed. I went to work and served me super well, great cost-benefit.

We really like the stay, the place is neat and tidy, all according to the listing. Luciana gave all the assistance and quickly responded, it was super flexible at checkout as well. The outskirts is super quiet, the only question is that we didn't know that it had a house right next door, because it was pasted everything the neighbors said and did it to listen, but they are quiet nothing out of the ordinary.
