Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Also the main entrance is from the main market traditional settlement where all the shops are.It combines all the life and at the same time relaxing and quiet (because cars and scooters are not allowed from 19.00-07.00) for those who really want to stay at the best spot of the town! Even during the day this street is super quiet!

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

The apartment Armenistis 2 is located in Naoussa with very nice sea view,just a few meters away is the wonderful beach of Piperi.Naoussa where it is located and the apartment is a very picturesque village with its wonderful small port and Venetian castle.Only a few minutes walk from the apartment you are in the center of Naoussa where you can enjoy good food,nightlife and shopping in the village shops.
