Beachfront holiday rental in Paros

Loved this place and the location. It's right in the heart of Naoussa and within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants that you will want to visit. The nightlife is popping in the area so it can get a little louder in the later hours of the evening but we still didn't have an issue sleeping. Theodoros was extremely responsive and accommodated our bags for early check in and late check out. Would recommend!

We had an AMAZING experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, with a private rooftop with amazing views and amenities. Perfect studio apartment for a girls trip, and the location couldn’t be better — less than 5 minutes from the main area of town. The host was so kind and communicative, and his family-run pasta place is underneath (which was delicious). He even gave us a late check out and let us store our luggage. Would come back again and again!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - weißes Haus mit blauen Fenstern und pinken Blumen. Die Lage war perfekt mit unserem Mietwagen (den wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten) zu erreichen und zwischen einer Vielzahl wunderschöner fußläufig erreichbarer Strände. Aus dem Bett sowie von der Terrasse aus konnte man direkt auf das Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war sehr nett und einfach. Sie hat uns mit einem Tablett voll Essen willkommen geheißen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und sogar die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der einzig negative Punkt waren die Mücken. Ein Fliegengitter im Fenster wäre sinnvoll.

Wonderful place to stay in Naoussa. It’s out of the hustle and bustle but completely walkable. Close to an amazing restaurant (Piperaki Coffee-Brunch-Cocktails) and bakery (Xamilothoris). The place itself was really cool! Very unique, spacious and had beautiful outdoor seating areas. The host, concierge and housekeeper were all very helpful. Free parking on the street (no issues finding a spot right next to the place). Bonus: adorable cats in the neighbourhood.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s by the Sea. It has every amenity you could need and the deck overlooking the beach is fabulous - you can watch the sunset every night. The property is an easy flat walk from the port and town where you’ll find cafes, tavernas, beach clubs and supermarkets. Everything you need is within an easy walking distance. The beach out the front of Ricardo’s is perfect for a day at the beach - the water is clear and there are a couple of beach clubs there but you can just put down your towel on the sand if you prefer. Highly recommend this property.

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

This home is absolutely amazing. It is beautiful, spotless, modern, comfortable and well worth the price. The host left many restaurant, beach, and day trip recommendations with sample itineraries and helpful maps. It is slightly outside of the town center and is therefore extremely peaceful and private. And, like everyone else has said, the view of the sunset is absolutely unmatched. We would recommend this place to anyone else who is coming to visit Naxos.

Absolutely perfect stay, felt very luxurious. Bed was super comfy, and it was great having a full kitchen & apartment in our unit. The pool was lovely, and right by the ocean. It was a short 10 minute drive into the main town, and we could easily get to everything we wanted to see on the island. Maria who took care of us had great local recommendations which we loved.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison d’Andreas. Idéalement située, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Parikia, la maison se trouve à seulement 8 minutes à pied de la plage et à 10 minutes en voiture du port et de ses commerces. Andreas est un hôte attentionné, toujours disponible, réactif et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette parenthèse ensoleillée et reviendrons avec grand plaisir profiter de la douceur de vivre chez lui dès que possible !

Villas Ninemas is a lovely property. It worked well for our family of 5. The home shares a pool with another villa - it would be ideal for groups who want to travel together to rent both homes. The view and setting are spectacular. It is a bit too far to walk to the charming village of Alyki, but it is a very short drive. Mapiva was a gracious and very responsive host.

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon conjoint, mon fils et mes parents. La villa est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les extérieurs avec ses 2 terrasses sont très beaux également et sans vis à vis. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci Stella pour cette belle expérience.

We hebben echt heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Ruby of Naxos. De studio’s zijn ruim, mooie eigen buitenruimte, hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse en heerlijke bedden. Locatie is prettig bij een leuk dorpje!

Le logement était super ! Très bon lit pour dormir. Il dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire en vacances, même les serviettes de plage :) La piscine partagée est top ! L’accès à la plage est à 50m du logement. Le centre ville d’Aliki est très proche du logement avec des très bon restaurant, un supermarché etc… Jessie est très réactive et disponible pour la moindre question. Je recommande le logement sans soucis :)

Can’t begin to describe how amazing her place is and she was a host. The location is very quiet and private but still just steps away from the beach and shopping center nearby. Paros is gorgeous and we rented a car to see every corner of the island and feel her place was the best to stay and relax. She was helpful and responsive and her place seemed absolutely flawless. We will surely return 😊

Mairi's Airbnb was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time in Naxos. The apartment met all our expectations and was just a short walk from Agios Prokopios. We especially appreciated the terrace, where we spent our mornings and evenings watching the waves, the sea, and the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily cleanings. An absolutely blissful little oasis by the sea. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and being just inches from the ocean was magical. Anastasia's place was perfect for a solo retreat. I highly recommend ❤️

Anthi is wonderful. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and unfortunately fell very ill, Anthi made it easy to extend our time and made us feel very supported ❤️ the view is incredible and location from the harbour really easy after getting of the ferry. She was ready to meet us on arrival with a cold drink. The sunset from Anthis place is next level, the photos do not do the space justice. We could have done our whole holiday here easily!

Eva’s place was a great little home for my wife and I to stay while we celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary. The town of Naousa was just steps away with amazing shopping, restaurants and nightlife. We rented an ATV just down the road and explored the beautiful island of Paros. Easy parking for the ATV on the streets outside the home. 5 star stay, would highly recommend. Eva was a delight to deal with.

This was exactly what we were looking for. The location is quiet and private enough to offer a very peaceful holiday. We had several days in Rome, Athens and Santorini before this so this was a great way to relax and take in the slower, island lifestyle. Space was great and there is a restaurant right next door with delicious options. We also rented a car through them, so it was easy to get around the island without issue. Highly recommend.
