12 minutes from the entrance to Laval from the southeast and 8 minutes from Meslay, we welcome you to this pleasant 30 m2 studio attached to our house, an old renovated farmhouse. It is located in the countryside and 1 km from the village of Bazougers (bakery, supermarket, tennis court + free access basketball court). Amenities: 180/200 cm bed, shower with toilet and sink, kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, TNT TV. Bedding and towels provided.

Le Petit Gîte dans notre Jardin à Bonchamp (53) is an adjoining part of our house with its own entrance. 🌈 Our accommodation is for 2 people maximum. We are equipped with a 7Kw electric car charging station (not compatible with Tesla). Private sauna and jacuzzi as well as a 2-person bathtub. The spa at 37/38 degrees is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It's exclusively for you. - Furnished kitchen Internet (fiber) TV (Netflix) Our house is 3 km from amenities.

Welcome to our charming townhouse. This 100 m2 house is a stone's throw from the towpath and a 15-minute walk from downtown Laval. (Train station, shops and multiple activities) This accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor terrace on the ground floor. You also have a closed courtyard (ideal for storing bicycles) Upstairs, you have two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. A bathroom and a separate toilet.
