The hosts were very helpful, even with a small delay in check-in (hotel rules), Mr. Antônio responded super fast and helped a lot. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Giovanni's apartment is extremely comfortable and has a spectacular view of Ponta Negra beach! The location is perfect, close to everything, such as pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, markets, shops and craft fairs, that is, everything can be done on foot; safe and well-policed surroundings. The location is perfect for those who are going to do the tourist tours in the region, as it is easy to search for the receptives that provide this service. Communication with Valéria was very effective and efficient, and she quickly answered any questions that arose. I did not use the services of the building's restaurant. But I would definitely stay at Giiovanni's apartment again!!

It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.

Fernando's apartment is perfect, especially for a small family. It has a suite with comfortable bed, TV and air conditioning and another room that serves as a living room and second bedroom with sofa bed with very comfortable double size mattress, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is small but extremely functional with all the cooking items and an espresso machine that won my heart (thanks for the gift capsules). It has a huge social bathroom, washer and balcony with table and chairs. Everything clean, modern and beautiful. The small pet in the apê is an apart charm, with a walk and a feed and water dispenser. The condominium is a luxury, with several amenities, warm pools, access to the beach a few meters, a very quiet and family atmosphere. It also has covered parking and modern identification system. Check in and check out super quiet, the very fast and resolute communication with Fernando was another great differential. I recommend 100%.

Throughout our stay, we were treated exceptionally. The site was always clean, with mineral water available. In the apartment, there were also cleaners ready for the bathroom and the kitchen. It was the first experience on Airbnb. Only compliments the apt of Marco is wonderful I felt at home. Pleasant environment, comfortable beds, clean and had all the utensils. Pe in the sand and we also had access to the condo that is glued with a building that is a cute one.

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting. I will come back for sure.

I loved staying at Casa Fiori!! The rooms and other rooms are spacious. All very clean. Pertinho da Praia. A perfect place to forget about problems and let go of stress. I will certainly return !!!

We loved our stay at Marco’s place. The ocean view and garden are stunning. The beach — just a few steps down from the property — is the most beautiful in the whole area (we checked out all the others) and it’s always empty and peaceful. There are lots of turtles nesting on the beach and it is perfect for sunrise or sunset walks. We rented a scooter to easily get to restaurants, the gym and grocery shops in Pipa or Tibau. Marco was super friendly, sending lots of recommendations and researching things for us. Juan, who welcomed us, is really nice and helpful too and always replied quickly whenever we had an issue. We also loved the selection of fruits and locally made pralines as a welcome gift.

The house was very nice and the condominium was very peaceful. Would love to stay again in the future. Was beautiful house. Arlan helped with everything and made it very easy!

i and my family liked the house too much, it was a few days more incredible days,we were impressed with the beauty of the house , we liked the leisure area, and the coverage area,where we relaxed as a family during the day and night, the homemade was extremely good people, helped us at what we need, nothing to complain, and we would like to come back with certainty.

Together with my family we had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, complete and comfortable. Without a doubt, the view towards the sea is imposing and relaxing. The park is spacious and my children were able to enjoy the outdoors. Beautiful pool with excellent ocean views. Direct beach access via ladder which allowed us to be late at sea and have nice hikes. Everything worked perfect, so we didn't have to turn a lot to the host, he was also always attentive to if we needed anything or how we could improve our stay. Undoubtedly it is a dream place and highly recommended, of those you want to return to!
