Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of room to have fun. It is our home, which we make available when we are with family in another state. Spacious, 6 km from Ponta Negra beach and close to the exit to the Rota do Sol. There's a grocery store nearby, a bakery and a pharmacy. We've lived here for 20 years and we've never had any negative incidents. We didn't put in air conditioning because the energy is too high and the daily rate wouldn't be so attractive. But, the fan is enough, because the house is well ventilated.
