In my opinion it is a very unique place to stay. We had an amazing time and the host did more than everything to make us feel at home. Hopefully we can comeback asap.

The house is very nice! It has a wonderful view of the beach and we were able to have breakfast watching dolphins!! Adriano was always very attentive and answered us quickly in the small questions that came up. Since our group didn't have people with mobility issues, we didn't have any issues. But if any guests have it, it may be difficult to access the beach because of the stairs. Thank you for everything, Adriano.

The place is great! The house is the same as in the photos right on the beach. It perfectly fits 10 people in a comfortable way. Silvio is very attentive, always available! The only not very pleasant point was the boy's departure, who does the maintenance of the house, some days, we were a little bothered by the lack of privacy on the spot, but otherwise the place is perfect!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We are a group of 16 people with small children. We have a great time staying here mainly because the tireless efforts of the staffs: Edson (butler/caseiro) and Ana Flávia (chef) and her team. Their unparalleled diligence and professionalism allow our group to enjoy our holidays so relaxed and worry-free.

We went to spend the Carnival holiday. Excellent condominium location. It is between the beach of Madeiro and the Centro de Pipa. The house is just fantastic. We were made to feel very welcome by Tatiana. During her stay, she was always on hand for anything we needed. We received the house clean and impeccable. During the stay, it was still a person cleaning the house. The house has a swimming pool with a barbecue area next to very pleasant and ventilated. Really congratulated. I intend to come back!

We love everything, spectacular house, manages to be better than the photos, views, rooms, living room, kitchen and etc… all perfect. The girl who helped us with the cleaning is wonderful.

The house is simply sensational! The view is heavenly, exactly as shown in the photos - which, incidentally, perfectly reflect the reality of the place. From arrival to departure, our experience was excellent. I would also like to highlight the receptivity and kindness of the caretakers, Simone and Fernando, who were extremely attentive and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the installation of a freezer would be important. Although the duplex refrigerator is large, the space and structure of the house can accommodate many people, and a freezer would help a lot in the conservation of food and drinks for larger groups. And a TV on the lower floor. Another point would be in the Bungalow suite: we recommend closing the hollow part of the wood with glass, as the openings end up impairing the operation of the air conditioning, which cannot cool properly, in addition to not sealing out external noise. In addition, the experience was amazing!

Simply amazing! The house exceeded all expectations, my family loved every detail! The rooms are wonderful, spacious and very comfortable, and the entire structure of the common area and kitchen is impeccable. William, the administrator of the house, was extremely helpful from start to finish, took care of everything in advance and made everything ready for our arrival. The kitchen staff also deserves highlight, Prazeres and Monica. Without a doubt, we will return more often!

All wonderful, we feel at home. It has many cabinets, complete items for meals. The photos do not portray what it really is. In person, it's much more beautiful, with a breathtaking view and a very good beach for swimming. Felipe the caretaker, very helpful and polite. The host's suggestion to hire a person to cook on the weekend was the icing on the cake. Maria is an incredible human being, happy with life, cheerful, and cooks wonderfully well. Me and my family love lodging. We hope to return soon.

I am still delighted with the house that has a surreal structure, with the assistance of Luciano and Ronaldo. Mr. Ronaldo was instrumental in my stay, friendly and proactive for all times! I made my wedding party at the house and I only have to thank and indicate the space!!

Wonderful house, very large, excellent leisure area and very close to the Gastronomic Pole. Amanda was a super helpful, friendly and very attentive host with us.

The place is more beautiful than in the photos, the house really is right on the sand, it has a green lawn in front and right after that is the sand of the beach, the house has several wooden tables with wooden benches which I like ....not those plastic tables that keep breaking and the kitchen is huge.... the barbecue area is great ....the rooms are very ventilated and all the air conditioners were working and the view from the rooms and the front of the house is perfect....the wonderful beach, the sea water is warm, anyway, my family and I loved the days we spent there.... Pedro was very attentive, easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as in the photos and as described in the listing. It looked even bigger than in the photos. It had all the utensils you need in a house, you didn't need to bring anything if you didn't want to. I took things apart because I can't live without them, like my popcorn maker. But you could stay if you wanted. I thought it was a good idea to keep the house keys in a safe at the entrance to the house. Unfortunately, on the weekend there were some power outages on the street, which compromised the house's power a little, but it was only on the last night. And despite having muriçoca since it is a forest area, there were those repellent spirals to scare them away. I went with my family and they loved the house, wishing to return at the next opportunity. Excellent house! I recommend the house and the host.

We loved the house, it has a very unique, uncomplicated and cozy architecture. The condominium has a large leisure area, the beach in front is calm. Great for families. I'd definitely be back. The only point of improvement is in the maintenance of some small problems in the house, such as paint touch-ups, for example. But nothing to discredit the experience as a whole. I'm already starting to write and I miss this paradise. What a WONDERFUL place! I went with a group of friends and family, a total of 15 people and Anna Danyelle's house suited us very well, there were bed and bath linens for everyone, the house was super clean, kitchen with all the appliances and utensils we needed. Spacious and airy place, with an unparalleled view, simply spectacular. Mrs. Ivani, who received us, is a lovely person, explained everything to us, gave us recommendations for the place and was very helpful. Gratitude and longing are the words that best summarize our stay. God willing, we'll be back soon! ❤️

Maelba's space is in a very privileged location with easy access to a beautiful beach, calm waters and great swimming. The house is spacious and has everything you need to rest for a few days. The condominium is small and safe, with friendly staff. Maelba is a flexible person and seeks to make the guest's life easier. I highly recommend it!

We made the trip as a family - 14 people in 7 days. We were very comfortable in the house. Rustic and very beautiful and organized decoration. Muiito kitchen utensils. We'll be fine at home. Simply perfect! One of the best stays we've ever stayed. Everything very organized, very well located having markets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The super cozy house, with many kitchen utensils and even availability of bath towels. The only negative point was the pool deck that was half loose and soft, and an accident or injury could occur. But even with rain, we enjoy a lot! And we left thinking of coming back 🥰
