Holiday rentals with beach access in Parksville

The stay at Jason's was peaceful and refreshing. It's a beautiful spot and nice and clean.

Home away from Home, is how I would describe this. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were not only welcomed there but that we could feasibly own this place. We stayed a total of 5 nights, and were began to feel sad after the 4th night, knowing we would have to leave. Being literal steps from the ocean made for beautiful sunsets and serene mornings. The area is fairly well protected from winds as we were facing a North-West direction. The indoor pool, hot tub, gym and games room are all within a quick 3-minute walk. The indoor pool is very large with a large shallow area for the kiddo's. Indoor pool has a Dry Sauna as well. The hosts, Kimberly and John, are very communicative. There is a provided binder with local amenities and Places of Interest. We took their suggestions and had a wonderful time getting to know the area! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have officially decided that we will be making Vancouver Island our yearly destination.

John’s place was fantastic. Easy check-in and quick to answer any questions. My wife and I really appreciated the size of the condo and all the amenities. The fireplaces, jetted tub, comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. We took advantage of the on-site amenities including the gym, pool, outdoor hot tub, trails and restaurant. Our stay was awesome and John made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem of a condo in beautiful Nanoose Bay.

It is the most wonderful airbnb we have ever seen and stayed at. It felt like home. Ever room is nicely furnished and Charles and Vanessa definitely have an eye for details. We had fresh flowers in the vase on the table, home made cake every day and more than enough of various traditional and healthy options for breakfast in the fridge and cupboards. These and a selection of fruit were constantly refilled!!! The kitchen has a perfect equipment and the unique bed is very comfy. The bathroom is modern, all well looked after, spotless clean and so cosy! We had a bbq and garden chairs in the outside area. Vanessa and Charles are very caring but not intrusive and were always approachable for any question. The little General Store is a few steps away and sells everything you need from groceries to sun cream etc.. The small beach is just over the road. It is a quiet area with next to no traffic. I highly recommend this airbnb and I hope we will be able to come back (we live in Germany).

We had a fabulous time with our kids at Andrew’s house, it’s situated in a lovely quiet setting with a balcony to take in the magical views of the beach. The house had everything we needed, to enjoy our stay. We had a short walk to the beach and lovely walk in the forest. All local shops within 5mins drive in Parksville and would also hugely recommend the Parksville community park for the kids to burn off energy. I would hugely recommend The Mount Arrowsmith Brewery for lunch , great service .

Serene, remote and beautiful. If you’re looking for a nice getaway from the city hustle and bustle this place is beautiful. You do need a car to get pretty much anywhere since the sidewalks on the road are quite narrow. We saw a beautiful sunset right by the beach under the house. The house has been designed with a lot of love that’s evident. I would recommend!

Our stay at Ingrid's was wonderful! We cooked all of our meals, and it helped that the place was well stocked with a huge fridge, and tons of counter space. It was the perfect driving distance between Gibsons and Sechelt, and we got lucky with the weather! It was quiet at night, and we felt very safe. The master bathroom was stunning, the soaking tub was great, the beds were comfortable and soft, the fire pit on the deck was cozy, the place was spotless and their sound system was great. Ingrid was a very helpful and responsive host, and the place was even more stunning than I could have imagined. We had the perfect weekend away! We can't wait to visit again soon.

Beautiful space and area overlooking the ocean, awesome having our own beach, and use of kayaks etc. Sleeps 6 comfortably but the hidabed in living room for 2 more guests very uncomfortable, needs a foamy on top of the springs! Loved the sunroom and games box, lots of different sitting areas❣️

We loved this amazing view home in Nanaimo. It is comfortable and extremely clean. Brian is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He has gone the extra mile to make your stay memorable by having so many extras available for your enjoyment like kayaks, crab traps and even extra shoes! The home has an incredible view and water access that offers a beautiful place to relax each day. We saw orcas, humpbacks, and otters from the deck! My 4 yr old grandson loved watching the ferries and float planes. Nanaimo was so fun. We are planning on coming back and definitely want to stay at this home again.

We loved staying at Dave’s Central location perfect for Nanaimo adventures, and super close to the ferry We’d love to get back some day!

5 stars not enough to describe how beautiful David's place. if u want a place to relax and have a lovely time with your family ,David's place is the place that you should have. I will recommend this place to all of my friends, co-workers and relatives. And will be definitely come back :) .

Our family loved the spacious, bright two bedroom layout! The furnishings are beautiful, and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and the water views from the balconies were a wonderful bonus. The amenities are fantastic, the restaurant is conveniently close, and the pool, gym, and sauna are great additions. The outdoor hot tub feels like a natural hot spring & the 12ac beach front resort allowed for coastal exploration. Tannis was a great host & very friendly. We’ll hope to stay here again in the future.

Bonnie’s place was great, it was clean, quiet and comfortable! The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the kitchen was very well stocked! Bonnie was friendly and communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would stay again.

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. Our stay at the Strand was simply magical and will hold a very special place in our memories for many years to come. Every attention to detail in all the furnishings, kitchen/bathroom amenities and local recommendations were so thoughtful and made this magical place feel like home, a very warm, peaceful and relaxing home! The beautiful photos from this listing were what attracted us to this booking but the reality was even far more breathtaking, stunning and exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs around the world and the Strand has to be one of, if not the, BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you Nikki for a magnificent stay - we loved every moment of our 5-nights holiday from Australia! 😊

We loved Heidi’s place. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is fully equipped, including complimentary coffee. Bathroom and bedroom are comfy and clean. Lots of room to get comfy on the living room sectional. Beautiful location by the creek.

This was our second stay at an Airbnb in Nanoose Bay at the Pacific Shores resorts. Chelsea's place was top of the line. As described, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Comfortable for the 6 of us who stayed. We loved the location and lay out of the condo, and loved being able to utilize the resort amenities as well. We hope and plan to stay here again next year and for many more to come!

Stayed here for 5 nights with a 2-year-old, we liked it so much we added another night. Very comfortable space with thoughtful details and well-stocked kitchen. It made traveling with a toddler so much easier. Minimal noise from nearby units. Large space. Great amenities at the resort. There were a few hiccups and the host was responsive.
