Monthly Rentals in Parker Mesa

Beautiful place for a Staycation. One feels like one is in the clouds. The views are soothing and spectacular. We saw lots of birds this morning in the various trees down the hill. Althought Route 27 is closed just beyond the property, we were able to go to Malibu last night, by taking Old Topanga Canyon Road. Loved the little record player, and listened to some Paul McCartney and Wings this am. Can tell a lot of thought and care went into creating this special place. Hope to return again some day...Thank you!

I stayed here for a full month and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was spotless, bright, spacious, and had everything I needed — tons of kitchenware, coffee makers, and all kinds of cooking tools. It truly felt like home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly, even at night, and the neighbors were great too. Overall, it was an amazing experience — not a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect!

My stay was fantastic. I’ve been in LA a couple of times and it’s the first time I stay in Santa Monica. My stay for one month was quite nice, the location of the apartment is perfect for having a peaceful sleep and for going out for restaurants/shopping/entertainment. The apartment had all you need in the kitchen, well functioning appliances and beautiful natural light. Highly recommend and Manouch and Daniel were always helpful and attentive.

Simply could not fault the apartment or surrounding area. The apartment was spotlessly clean all over and the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils etc that you’ll need. From the ease of access/check in to check out I had a fantastic stay. 5 stars all round!!!!
