Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Park Forest Village

We enjoyed our stay at the log house. It is beautifully renovated yet gives you a feel you are back in time. We went on a snowy weekend and the fireplace was cozy. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals and decompress. The home was clean and well decorated and we enjoyed watching the horse and buggies regularly passing by the front windows.

This is our third time staying at Matthew’s home so clearly we are fans! It has been the perfect stopping off point for us from the highway but if we had more time it would make a wonderful longer term stay because the surroundings are so beautiful and the hosts so warm. They are always so responsive although honestly there isn’t anything we have needed since they thought of it all!

The house was easy to find, spacious and clean. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. We only spent one night there, so we didn't get to see too much of the area. We did however get to go to Shy Bear Brewing and Easter End Coffee Co. We enjoyed both places and in town we enjoyed seeing the different painted goose statues.

Great place to stay, and very easy to get to Penn State. The house was very clean. The number of bedrooms were great for multiple friends. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect for a quiet get away! If you love hearing rustling water of a creek, and if you love to fish this is a great location! This a great spot for anyone going to an event at PSU..Close enough but peaceful! John was responsive from the beginning when we made our reservation, to prior to our arrival our instructions on check in/checkout. Upon arrival there was a binder with great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. And this little cabin was just so cozy, just like the pictures! We thank you John and family for letting us use your home and hope to be back soon!

It was very relaxing, loved the sound of the creeks that surrounded the cottage, I loved the sink in the kitchen 😍 loved the black and white theme all throughout the house(: it felt like we was at home. We went out and explored Williamsport all weekend (: most definitely recommend. I’d love to rent it out this summer and be able to enjoy the outside more (:

We had visited “the creek” previously and have returned because the setting is so calm and peaceful and the apt is so cozy and comfortable. Kristy is quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. The deck is wonderful although the winter weather made it a bit chilly to sit out. We did walk along the creek both mornings as it was sunny but brisk. This tranquil spot is very close to our son so we hope to return.

Great spot to stay. Centrally located for state college, Bellefonte- nice porch and comfortable furnishings. Would stay again- thanks Sarah.

Amy was so thoughtful with all the small amenities she provided, it made us feel right at home. The fireplace was a cozy plus. the place was spacious and so clean and updated.

Matthew is a great host. He is friendly and quick to respond. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed.

April place was a small and cozy place within a short drive to the ski slopes. Just what we were looking for. She was also extremely responsive and nice as we first had a hard time finding the right unit.

My friend and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Jackson Mountain BnB. Our hosts were very responsive and even provided a propane grill to cook burgers on. The place is very clean and they have a nicely equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this if you're coming to the area.

The home was so cozy and very close to Woodward Skate Camp. Tanya was so kind and responsive and the home was beyond our expectations!! Highly recommend a stay here!!

A very beautiful place. Perfect for a couple.. we stayed for a day as we were passing over. Wish we could have planned for longer stay. It’s very clean and comfortable..

We had a great stay at Jonathan’s place! We checked in easily the day after Christmas and were welcomed with the soft glow of a Christmas tree in the living room! Located on a quiet street, I don’t think I heard any cars drive by all night long. The weather was cool and overcast and we could not wait to come back to the cabin at the end of each day. Very cozy and warm. Highly recommend :)

What a great cabin! Surrounded by mother nature and two friendly horses. Everything was fantastic and I plan to return to this perfect location. Jessica is a great host.

Very peaceful and comfortable. The scenery coming into the location is beautiful. The firepit area was very relaxing.

Wonderful little rustic cabin that's great for a little getaway. Plenty of firewood on the property and the sound of the steam. I really enjoyed it.

We had a great weekend get away here! The house is so cute and cozy. My dog loved exploring the yard. The house was clean; you couldn’t tell it was a pet friendly place. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would come again for sure!

This place was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I chose this place for a 2 year date weekend and this was just a perfect get-away spot. Super clean cabin and great hosts! The gazebo was super relaxing during the rain definitely a time we won’t forget.
