A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. 80 m2 house with one floor 1.5 km from the village, 5 minutes from the A28, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the circuit. On the ground floor, large room with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), table and sofa (convertible). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with 2 beds of 80 with possibility of making a bed of 160. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is shared with our residential house. Our dog is free in the yard and loves to be petted.

Residence located in a hamlet, in the Sarthe countryside. 2 km from the A28 Parigné l'Evêque exit. 15 minutes from the legendary Le Mans circuit. Fully enclosed 1,500 m2 property, enclosed and private, free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, barbecue. If you want to come with kids: you have an indoor and outdoor play area that's easy to supervise, with obstacle course. You manage the Escape Room. Unheated wooden pool and Finnish Spa on the terrace.

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

You will appreciate the flowery outdoor spaces, its country environment and the company of donkeys. We offer guided hikes with one of our donkeys.
