Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

Notre longère (1h45 des portes de Paris), est parfaite pour une parenthèse au vert. Très confortable, meublée avec soin, elle dispose d'une superbe vue sur les collines du Perche. Elle est aussi bien placée pour découvrir cette belle région (jolis villages, manoirs, sentiers de randonnée, petits producteurs…) Nous vous proposons un check in autonome ainsi qu'un late check-out des que c’est possible pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de votre séjour.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Guests can enjoy a dome heated swimming pool ( only from June to September ). On a wooded lot of more than half an hectare, this cottage will allow you a total disconnection... Located 20 minutes from the mythical 24h circuit of Le Mans and the Zoo de la Flèche, you can also discover the major cities nearby, Le Mans 30mn, Angers, Tours and Laval 1h. Breakfast possible depending on availability at €7/people.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. In the middle of the fields

Relax in this countryside accommodation, bathed in silence and the song of a multitude of birds. Many quiet walks or hikes, inevitable in this hilly and peaceful landscape. La Roche is close to a small town with all shops: La Chartre-sur-le-Loir, known for its exhibitions of vintage cars, a meeting place for collectors. You'll meet fans of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The pretty little town is famous for its many flea markets.

Old house located in the South of Sarthe, 2.5 hours from Paris by the A11, in the countryside, at the exit of a charming village, close to the Val de Loir (Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières) and the Vendômois, country of Ronsard, you will be at the gates of Touraine and the castles of the Loire. You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.
