Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Paredes de Coura

I'd like to share my fantastic experience in this beautiful house. We rented the house for a friends' weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled so good! What made the stay more enjoyable was our host Guillaume, he was always asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. It was an unforgettable weekend. What an experience!

We had a wonderful time at Giselda's. The house is not lacking in detail, it has all the amenities and is exquisitely clean. Giselda was really nice to us. Definitely a place to go back to and recommend.

What a great place for all of us. We enjoyed every minute. Unfortunately March was wet and very cold this year. April was perfect weather wise. Great for getting a good rest and enjoying the beauty and nature in the North of Portugal. Seaside, mountains and historic cities, plenty to explore but you will need a car to do so. It is a quiet place with perfect facilities, great speedy internet made it easy and comfortable to work remote and a superb fully fenced garden for the pets we brought with us. They are going to miss being the kings of the mountain. It was great for all of us and we are really impressed with the level of service we experienced from House and People! Thank you to the team!

Highly recommend. The house has the necessary amenities for a few days of rest. Of note the kindness of Mr. Valdemar, your total availability to help with whatever you need. It's added value the little guide sent a few days before check-in and the fresh bread in the morning.

Beautiful corner of Portugal, and super close to the Spanish border. The house was lovely, but the outdoor views were unmatched! We’re a family of 6, and we had everything we needed. Happy I got to stay here!

Where we really felt at home ☺️ Alexandre cannot receive us in person but the check in was done in a very practical way. The location is fantastic for those who want a few days out of reality. We found everything extremely clean, tidy and very cozy. Comfortable bed/sofa and ideal space to rest. Very nice outdoor area with a great view. We loved everything, especially the "treats" on arrival for breakfast and of course Zarco loved the snacks as well. Of those places that although we have a lot to know around, we just want to stay in the coziness 😊

It's clear you can't judge a book by its cover. Outside it didn't look like what we saw but inside it's beautiful. We loved everyone. Large, spacious, super comfortable. And Bruno is very attentive and pleasant. We'll be back.

Nossa estadia na casa de Coura não poderia ser melhor. Sra. Bela muitíssima atenciosa, sempre ao dispor para quaisquer pedidos e ajuda. A casa está rodeada de natureza, ouve-se somente os pássaros, muito tranquila o dia todo. Limpa e organizada, a cozinha possui todos os utensílios necessários e se dispuseram inclusive a nos fornecer uma mesa adicional para trabalhar. Passamos dois meses na temporada de inverno com a casa sempre mantida por aquecimento. Internet impecável e privacidade excelente. Sobretudo, o maior ponto à ressaltar são os proprietários e seus enormes corações. Tivemos a grande honra e felicidade de fazer amizade e conhecer a cultura/cozinha do norte. É um diferencial para quem deseja conhecer o modo de vida do interior, pois nos levaram também para conhecer os animais e detalhes de seu dia-a-dia de trabalho. Levamos muitas lembranças e carinho deste lugar especial, pessoas incríveis e que deixaram seus registos na nossa história, nossa melhor experiência em Portugal!

Ruis apartment was exactly as described and really nice situated close to the centre of Ponte de Lima. I really liked Ruis flexibility of accepting our booking one day before and his check-in instructions which made everything everything run smooth. The apartment was clean, and had a great balcony with views that I would really recommend. It also had everything we needed for our stay, and we would gladly come back.

Spacious, new and well-kept accommodation. Clean and quiet. No detail is missing. Possibly the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in.

This place is very beautiful and just perfect. We stayed there for one night while walking the Portuguese Camino. The facilities of the apartment and the view is just amazing. Cristina is very welcoming and kind - gave us very useful recommendations. THANK YOU 🙏🏻

We had a great stay in André’s apartment. A very accessible location in the new town away from the tourist crowds of the citadel but near all facilities and transport. Very smart, well equipped, comfortable apartment with a really responsive, friendly host. Come here to explore the area across several days; Valença gets lots of day trippers but the Minho is beautiful with nearby places such as Caminha and Monçao well worth visiting and don’t miss the walk across the bridge to magnificent medieval Tui in Spain, we also managed a day trip to Vigo in Galicia. Highly recommended.

Very good apartment, very clean and with all the amenities, it has an incredible terrace we for the bad weather we were not lucky enough to enjoy it. Ponte de lima is a small but amazing city.

Very large and nice ground floor apartment. More beautiful in person than what you expect based on the photos. Everything is available, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. Well-maintained seats, lots of cooking utensils. Beautiful pool and well-kept communal garden. Very Portuguese feeling. If you want to do different activities, that can be a bit annoying because you only have 1 key to the apartment.

The apartment has a great location, and although it is in the center, there is no noise. It was clean and ready to welcome us. With all amenities. João, from the beginning, proved to be completely available for whatever was necessary during our stay. I have to thank the couple once again for letting us make their corner, ours too. I recommend it 100% 👌

It was an excellent stay. excellent facilities, very friendly on the part of Peter and his wife, the house is very good, excellent cleanliness 👍👍👍👍 very close to the beach, Malafaia and very good access, balcony overlooking the sea. If I go back to the north, it will be my home of choice. I loved it

We really enjoyed Maria's place which is really very pleasant, very clean, well-located and well-equipped. Maria is particularly pleasant, available and gives good advice. We would not hesitate to return to our next trip to Viana!

Amazing host and lovely apartment ! Maurício could not have nicer or more helpful - he was definitely the highlight of my stay. From meeting you at check in to giving local recommendations to going above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. For the apartment, I appreciated the heating, comfortable bed and sofa, good wifi, and lovely views from the balcony. Having the beach only a couple minutes’ walk is a real plus that both my dog and I enjoyed. Because there is so much to do in the area I didn’t use the pool/gym as I planned, but it looked really nice. Finally I found the locals quite friendly on walks around, which I appreciated. If you’re thinking of a stay, book without hesitation!

Communication with Nuno was excellent. Pending at all times of us and our arrival. The accommodation is conveniently located. The cleanliness was excellent. Furniture is antique but everything is very well kept. We felt at home. We went with our dog and he was delighted on the terrace when the weather allowed us since it rained a lot. We were delighted!!!
