Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Quietly located on a private road with a view of the hills. Specially decorated and equipped for cycling enthusiasts. Even without a bike, you are guaranteed to enjoy a stay here. A nice place to be away for a while. Please note: the wellness with hot tub and sauna is NOT included in the gite rental. The wellness can be booked on request for an evening (from 5:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) at €125 per evening. The wellness is located on an intimate courtyard overlooking a private lake
