Our guest accommodation is an independent studio (36m2) in a recently renovated old farm building, with a bathroom (shower/WC/basin), an equipped kitchen area, Smart TV, free wifi, large double bed which can be converted for daytime usage. Copious continental breakfast included. Outside there's a 16m2 balcony and a private garden next to a stream. Help yourself to organic salads etc, from the raised-bed vegetable garden. A charming, authentic and peaceful location in the heart of the Morvan.

The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

La Maison Coq is located in the historic center of Semur-en-Auxois, 120 m from the Collegiate Church. In addition to the owners' home, it has three independent lodgings (Le Petit Poulailler, Pinot Noir and Grand Ordinaire). Le Petit Poulailler, a 35 m² micro-house on two levels, is the most cozy of them. Warning: in winter, the indoor temperature peaks at 19°.
