Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Paraná River

This house is impeccable. Surrounded by nature, blessed by a stream and touched by silence. Simple, but extremely cozy, something I had never experienced. Sônia is a wonderful person, she was super attentive and helpful. She keeps this house with great affection, and it is this affection that we receive when we enter that space. The street where this space is located is close to wineries and restaurants, and to make it even more perfect, the weather gave us very low temperatures, we enjoyed everything the property and the region had to offer. It was spectacular. Thank you Sônia for hosting us in your loving space.

The stay was great, everything was great! We rented the house to spend a weekend with the family, with children, everyone loved it. The house was clean and with everything we needed. Silvia was also kind enough to leave some products for breakfast. I highly recommend it!

WOW!! Excellent hosts and place. Very friendly and responsive. Nice pool, great mornings (lot of birds). Fully deserves the name “La Tranquila”. Only minutes from good restaurants, downtown and supermarkets. Very close to highways.

We stayed for 5 days, everything was excellent, the neighborhood was super quiet, easy to get to and from route 12, the perfect house has everything you need very nice, warm and excellent decor!!! extremely recommended!!! Thank you Ale for everything!!!

I only stayed one day with my girlfriend in the Maritaca chalet, unfortunately, because the space is super comfortable, relaxing, cozy, quiet, clean, with space for hiking, a heated whirlpool and all the household utensils to get by with food.

We loved the stay, Bruno was always very attentive. Exactly as in the photos, you can enjoy it a lot. With ctz we will go more often.

The house is beautiful and the photos show exactly what you will encounter. The heating, which due to the cold weather it made is my stay was a concern, it is exelente. Another point where I am very critical the comfort of the mattresses and armchairs in general and they are really good. I'm not going to describe the views because the photos show them by themselves. BEAUTIFUL. They were very friendly and always willing to solve inconveniences and responding quickly, before and during the stay. The house is in an area very close to the most touristic area of the city and very close to the center too. To recommend!

Excellent stay! Wonderful location, calm and quiet atmosphere, lovely people around, and a very cozy house! We went with children and the outdoor space is wonderful for them to play! We felt at home and super welcomed by the family! It smells like cleaning when we arrive!

A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. The cabin is on a very beautiful property with several animals. The space is well equipped, and it is possible to have all meals on site. It's not too far from the city. The fireplace is extremely useful in the cold and Grazi leaves firewood under the house, if necessary. For those who want a cozy, private and surrounded by nature, this is certainly a great choice.

NO EXPLANATION! Easy to access, clean, fragrant place, with all kinds of kitchen utensils, the cabin was designed to provide total comfort, the fireplace made the house warm, not to mention that we were very well treated by the owners, making us feel at ease, the waterfall nearby is beautiful and the baguette we got as a courtesy was the best bread we've ever eaten!!!!I'll definitely come back more often.
