Holiday rentals with beach access in Paraná River

Fabiana is a great host, always answering questions and answering us quickly. Our wonderful, comfortable apartment, I felt at home. All very clean, great river view. I will definitely go back there.

This apartment was a great success! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! The reception by his brother Leandro with accurate and very kind recommendations, was more than welcome. I highly recommend staying in this apartment to get to know the city of Santa Fe. For those of us from Buenos Aires, it's the closest thing to Puerto Madero you'll find. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and nice places to eat in the surroundings.

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

The house is very nice, Alejandro is super attentive and kind. The setting is beautiful, but for the winter it may be a little lacking in warmth in the beds and shower. It's not critical, but we were surprised by the rural access. In general, beautiful!
