Beautiful apartment duplex, located in one of the best areas of Asuncion. All very friendly and attentive to every detail that was resolved immediately. We would definitely come back.

Paulo was incredibly kind and waited for us in person until an hour past midnight. He only left after making sure we had checked in successfully. The condo is comfortable and clean—perfect for two people or a small family of three.

About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. Helpful staff, modern apartment, clean, very top, I missed a table on the balcony next to the barbecue so we didn't have to enter the apartment to cut the meat but it had all the utensils we needed, 10/10, I highly recommend it!!!

The apartment is amazing. Each space is designed to generate value for guests. It has much more than you can expect in a stay like this. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's facilities make it a stay that exceeds expectations and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby, the neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and it is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.
