Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Paralia Vergas

Xirocampi ist ein recht hübsches Dorf und als Zugang zum Gebirge (Profitis Ilias) gut geeignet. Die Wohnung liegt über der Gaststätte der Betreiber. Sie ist sehr bunt und mit vielen alten, persönlichen Gegenständen der Familie eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Zum Beispiel auch Shampoo und Bademittel. Es war sehr persönlich und herzlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker und preisgünstig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Wohnung und der Garten war sehr schön und schattig. Dank der Beschreibung von Kate fanden wir auch sofort den leckersten Kaffee der Region und die schönen Strände in der direkten Nachbarschaft.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ermis’ house. It’s a charming older home with sweeping verandas upstairs and down. The downstairs veranda has a peaceful garden view and we enjoyed our breakfast in the shade each morning. Upstairs has a view of the sea and the mountains. At the end of the lane are two stone stairways. One leads to a quiet little pebbly beach with breathtaking views and turquoise clear water. The other stairway also leads to a beautiful, little beach; but this time there is also a cluster of restaurants. You have your choice of a more upmarket restaurant (where we enjoyed a lobster meal as we watched the sun set over the sea), a pizza taverna, souvlaki shop and a family run restaurant that serves authentic homemade Greek meals. There’s also a pharmacy. The area is perfect for a romantic getaway. However, for families, there is a safe enclosed garden, a little swing park across the road as well as a paved area with a basketball hoop.

Chalet parfaitement situé pour ceux et celles qui veulent rayonner entre 80 et 120 km ( environ ) autour, pour joindre 4 des principaux sites et villages archéologique; De Mystras à Olympie ... Ambiance montagne et calme assuré à 638m d'altitude ; ce chalet dispose d'un équipement ménager exceptionnel, à goûter sans modération et avec délice, bref, un père et son fils très satisfait de leur séjour de 10 jours; Merci Sarantos de nous avoir confié cette résidence. This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

We had a fabulous few days at the end of our road trip, a great place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the tavernas and shops. The apartment contained everything you could need including the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pool was warm, situated in a lovely well kept garden with beautiful lighting at night. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and it was great knowing that Eleni was close by in case we needed anything - but we didn’t! Highly recommended. Greece at its best ❤️🇬🇷

E' la terza volta in due anno che scegliamo questo alloggio per le nostre vacanze di mare in Grecia, e l'ospitalità è superlativa. Γεώργιος e Γιοta sono accoglienti e gentili, nella migliore tradizione greca. La casa è pultissima e dotata di ogni attrezzatura per rendere la vacanza confortevole. La vista dal patio sulla Baia di Navarrino è incomparabile.Consiglio caldamente questo alloggio se volete spendere una vacanza marina .

It's the 2nd time we stayed at Eleanna's place. We've been there last year too. It's a really wonderfull place for those who love simplicity, quiet and calm place. It is so relaxing for the nerves. Sound of waves, birds, the view, all is peaceful. We will come again with pleasure.

What a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, the apartment was comfortable and perfect for my family, Nikos had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (baby crib, high chair), our kid loved playing outside in the garden and the views from our private balcony over the mountains, the sea and the olive trees were spectacular. We would love to come back again in the future! Thank you Nikos for an amazing stay!

Great little apartment. Perfect for couple with kids. Apartment is on fourth floor with easy elevator access, so zero steps. Close to central square and many good restaurants, coffee shops. Nice little balcony off kids’ room. Great host - very proactive and responsive. Only issue we had was parking. Obviously not host’s fault but it took us a long time to find a space and the paid parking lot suggested by the host was full.

l'hôte a été très attentionnée en nous offrant un petit repas d'accueil : sandwiches, tomates, mangue, gâteaux, bières, jus de fruits... très appréciable car logement sur les hauteurs du village, au calme, avec balcon et vue, et donne envie de se poser.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu dritt bei Ursula und Jörg und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir haben richtig tolle Empfehlungen bekommen.

Spacious accommodation in a central location - 15 mins walk to most things. Clean & well stocked with essentials. Responsive host, easy check in & check out. 10 min walk to LIDL & free street parking available. Highly recommend.

Sophia is a wonderful host. The check in was so easy. 3 bathrooms were so convenient for 5 people but the 3 A/C's gave us a very cool environment even when the weather in Kalamata reached 100°F. Finaly the location offers some great views. Someone can view Kalamata from distance and the night lights give a glimpse of kalamata's beautiful insights. You will not regret it if you book Sophia's place. Thank you so much.

Don't think twice! Book this place! This was an excellent find for our family of four. As soon as we walked in, our kids immediately thanked us for renting this beautiful apartment. The view was out of this world. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just taking in the surroundings. The kitchen had all we needed, even an electric mixer to make frappes! Extremely comfortable beds and pristinely clean. Our host was very kind and responsive. Gave us so much helpful information, even emailed a pdf prior to our stay with many things to do/places to eat and drink. Was wonderful to have the peaceful environment of Mavrovouni beach as well as the picturesque town of Gytheio only a few minutes drive away with many options for food and drink. We can't wait to come back!

We have just had such a great family holiday at Villa Sadova. Its is beautiful and peaceful. The pool is great and sunsets over the sea whilst eating dinner are spectacular. Bedrooms and bathroom were luxurious and spacious. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at George's place in Kardamyli. The views from the balconies, the comfortable beds and walking distance to the charming town were all pluses. George was easy to communicate with and his colleague met us at the unit to show us around when we arrived. The unit was well appointed and felt very private. Highly recommended.

Sofia und Fotis sind äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Nach nur 4 Tagen Aufenthalt fiel uns der Abschied schwer und wir hoffen sie bald wieder zu besuchen. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir können uns keine bessere Unterkunft in der Region vorstellen. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderbaren Ostertage!!!

Parfaite maison pour 2 couples et un bébé . Spacieuse , un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue exceptionnelle et à part une fête de voisinage très tard un soir , l’endroit était très tranquille et paisible , un plaisir pour les yeux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la belle maman et étions très heureux que le lit pour le bébé soit préparé a notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location Arbnb !

this stay is amazing. me and my friends had an amazing time, the look out on the beach in the evening, sound of birds and crickets. the beach close by is very nice and seems like a calmer atmosphere, where not that many tourist go. We enjoyed. We had good contact with the host.

This place is amazing! I felt like I was living on a movie set. The house and the views were absolutely breath taking. Even though the house is a bit further from major cities— it’s worth it! Judy was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay at this vacation rental! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, providing unexpected amenities, treats, goodies, and even a selection of drinks. We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The communication from Stratos and the personal welcome were 10/10. We were a family of four (1 and 3 year old) and a Grandma. The house was perfect for us, the attention to detail was amazing and the house includes everything you would ever need. The optional safety fence round the pool was amazing and really allowed the kids freedom to explore. The setting is stunning and I would definitely stay again.
