Without a doubt, a place in the world unmissable. The place is beautiful, just by sitting on the deck, gazing at the view and listening to silence, you don't need anything else. The place is privileged. It is very much to admire that it was built by the same guests, respecting the traditional architecture, perhaps that is why it has this beautiful energy. We have been treated and taken care of wonderfully, they are a single of people we would have stayed with chat a lot longer! Very close and responsive to anything we needed. 100% recommended. Hope to be able to come back sooner!

I absolutely loved staying here, Katerina is very welcoming and hospitable, a wonderful host! The pictures are exactly as it is. The best part is the location, it is superb, if you found this place, on this island, you're doing great in life! Koufonissia is a true gem! The apt is across street to the best Greek restaurant and the supermarket, and the most incredible shopping on that street from local artisans and Greek fashion boutiques. The apt has a little balcony w tables and chairs facing the street and an enormous back patio also with tables and chairs. It was fantastic! I felt at home here. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Aeris! The view from the place was beyond breathtaking, making every moment feel like a dream. Konstantinos and his mother were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Without a doubt, the best accommodation in Koufonisia. Can't wait to visit again!

The room was lovely, just as you see in the pictures. It had a perfect veranda and the garden was lovely. The room was thoughtfully decorated and with nice touches, such as coffee pods and shower gel. Achilleas was a great host, very responsive and helpful and flexible with check in and out to suit the ferries. His Mum met us and she was very welcoming and helpful. It was a lovely quiet location but short walk to the Hora and shops.
